Winterfeel Venice Resort

Neat n clean Resort, friendly Staff, swimming pool was Clean, a few more activities provided could have been perfect. A web Swing is a must for the kids. Overall we spend a good time and my kid loved the place especially the swimming pool. 8.5/10

I value my sleep and for the two nights we were here, I did not sleep well. Lack of sleep was mostly due to other guests having pool parties until 2-3am. The noise was so loud, it felt like they were in the room with us. At 2am, I was forced to speak to the guests directly and tried calling reception, but there was no answer. I raised this with the manager on our departure and felt no real effort was made to put things right. No goodwill gesture. It was simply brushed off as "they are regulars of ours". The room was ok, a little rough around the edges, but it had everything we needed such as aircon, shower, toilet etc. Ants were a nuisance. On our porch and around the pool. The pool was ok, but the water was looking a bit murky. The tiles are turning green/mossy. I do recommend the kayaking trip, which you can book through the resort. I don't recommend the massages (which was also offered to us via the resort). We were given watermelon milkshakes and breakfast, which were both nice. Unfortunately, we won't be returning anytime soon and hope this resort will improve for future guests.

Had one of the worst experience staying at the winterfeel venice Resort. Resort?? Really? The room was shabby nothing worth for the 3000+paid there. Cleanliness can be 0/10. Toilets and bedsheet pillows etc was foul smelling. I wonder if they could atleast wash the sheets for the amount we pay. Toilet water was stinky. It was told that there was a complimentary breakfast but none of the staffs bothered to serve it and we had to swiggy it from outside. Please dont fall for the beautiful pictures that they upload and book your stay by trusting that. Here im attaching a video which shows the cobwebs on the windows and curtains were not cleaned up since an eternity. Besides there were multiple powercuts during night which made a way to the most disturbing sleep ever.

Don't be fool with the Google images.. far better room is available at tarrif. Rooms are not maintained at all. Bedsheet and duvet covers were prickly and very uncomfortable, swimming pool water was not properly filtered. Moreover they made us to book 3 rooms for a group of 2 families consist of 7 person. Where 3 of them were kids. Breakfast buffet was okayish.. Worst hotel in our kerela tour.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Winter Feel Resort, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Very good ambience and hospitality. It was an awesome experience with friends. The services was awesome. Without doubt one of my favorite resorts. We only stayed here one night, but the hotel was lovely and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and manager.

When I went to alapuzzha, the resorts staffs explained a lot about Alappuzha, the boat racing, good places to eat food etc. The staffs were kind and very helpful. The location was also amazing and it is very affordable. The resort was amazing and great in a way that I can't even say

We recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired--bedsheets had stains, floors had hair, and toilets were not properly cleaned. It took the resort staff several hours to come and change our bedsheets, leaving us waiting until 1:30am. Additionally, the lock in our room was malfunctioning, which raised security concerns. To make matters worse, when ordering from the restaurant, the food served was cold and seemed to be sourced from an external place. Overall, a disappointing stay with hygiene and service issues.
