Just stayed ..one thing wanted that they charge early check in 250rsper hour which they shouldn't charge as room was free staff was available even though they charged 250rs..after travelling from long distance and if they say 250rs per hour checkin which none of hotels will charge if room is vacant

Pathetic stay with smelly area. Not good as in Photos and Reviews. Please avoid this area and the location and hotel. There is a lot of smell just outside the room specially in the morning when you wake up and see a lot of fishes on the beach. I would suggest to take a room in the Town/Main road because the beach and the location is bad. There were few local men drinking alcohol near to our room which also made uncomfortable.

A really comfortable and cozy stay. Do not expect sophistications or fancy aminities that a luxury resort offers, this place is a great value for the money you pay. The rooms are a bit dated, but very neatly maintained. They are large and could easily accommodate a family of 4 The property is very well located. You get to see the sea from the property and the beach is just a couple of steps away. There's a small parcel of land which is more like a private access. You could safely sit here, even very late at night and enjoy the view. The kids also could spend a lot of time here, playing and enjoying the beach. They do not have an in-house kitchen, but could get you food from nearby restaurants upon request. This need not be considered a challenge since there is a shack right next door offering home-cooked affordable food, and a more upscale cafe around 50 meters away. The service was a delight. The staff really made us feel welcomed and comfortable . They were extremely helpful and courteous. I definitely look forward to visiting this place again!

This resort is very close to the beach. The caretaker here is very kind, friendly and helpful in nature. The rooms are very spacious, air-conditioned well maintained and clean. There is also an extra bed provided. I think for a couple it is a very great resort. This place is very romantic. It was great to spend time here. It is very budget friendly. You can sit near your room at night. There are chairs and tables put here. You can also hear the sound of waves from your room.

Location and service is the key points. Rooms are okayish. Staffs are great support. One day stay is enough. Limited car parking. Not as seen in the photos. It's undergoing construction so we should check after its completely done. Better to go to dolphin resort. Thats better because they have their own resort.

We went there with family and we have very nice experience. Rooms are beachside only. Owner is very nice person and very cooperative in nature. Staff was also helpful and polite. It was one of the memorable beachside stay for my children.

This is not a Resort,its just a beach facing stay, very good view of the beach. But the photos uploaded in the Pics are very old when they built this property. Staffs are very friendly...very good location if you are coming here for chilling...
