Vrindavanam Heritage Home

We had a fantastic time at this Alappuzha homestay! The hosts were helpful and accommodating, and the house was beautifully maintained with heritage theme and a nice garden. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a decent homestay inside the town. Please note, no dedicated parking. This place is well connected to most of the sight seeing spots.

Owner behavior needs improvement. Place is okayish since the price is also low, around 1000-1200 range. Rooms r small. Bathroom is tiny tiny. Outside sitting is good vibes for enjoying drinks at night

Already some of the fellow tourist had point out the negatives they have faced in this heritage home.. Anyway i will summarize my points(Nothing new) since already fellow tourists had explained very well. 1. No parking area and need to park on the road. It;s your luck if you get your car with out any damage next morning 2. No restaurant that means no Breakfast/Tea/Snacks. Morning, go somewhere else for a simple tea. 3. Very congested place with no room for kids to enjoy. 4. Useless Kitchen with a big fridge 5. No TV(One dummy TV is there which is not working) 6. One horrible bluetooth speaker.. So better avoid this place.

Great People, The stay is near the beach and railways station so its good. AC Rooms are better, but Non AC are just fine. Overall Vibe of the Place is awesome. You cam sit with friends and chill pill. Awesome.

AVOID THIS PLACE TOTALLY!. Don't fall for the beautiful images you see here. There are 2 properties inside same property, Vrindavanam Heritage home and Vrindavan Home stay. I called this google map number and the guy on phone rudely said check the number and call again. Dude, Its run by same family members, with single entrance door. The guy who attended the phone doesnt even seem to know about home stay. There is no parking. Youhave to park on road side. Our car was scratched by some vehicle running on the road, during night. We booked normal room. The bathroom was so tiny, almost the size of a telephone booth. Room was okayish. No TV, no toiletries. Their garden is beautiful, well set up, but they spray lot of pesticides. So avoid if u r coming with kids. There were broken glass pieces on floor. The guests were playing loud music at night. They provide speakers i think. This place is good for bachelors who come for drinking. For the rest, i wouldn't recommend. The owner family behavior needs improvement.

This is a reply to the owner also i am keeping the previous comments for the help of others. 1. We had done our booking via an online portal, During the time itself i have asked, whether its possible to take only 3 rooms , you said its not possible and we were forced to book the entire 6 rooms in your villa property. 2. Regarding the kitchen, I saw that kitchen and there is no stove or an induction cook-top. When i have asked the same to your care taker he said kitchen is not in working condition. My friends took the photo of your so called Kitchen and i will ask them to post the kitchen photos for others to under stand 3. Regarding food, what you are mentioning is to order in advance... We have booked the room almost three weeks before from the date of occupancy, but that time itself you didn;t mention about any restaurant availability and how come we know that we are coming to a Villa WITHOUT RESTAURANT AND FOOD. Even you people are not ready to serve a Tea. THIS WAS NOT A LAST MINUTE BOOKING... You people really not care about the guest. SO ANYONE PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING THIS SO CALLED VILLAA.. previous comments ------------------------------- We had a stay in this hotel during Christmas holidays and our experience was pathetic. We were 3 familes and when tried to book this hotel, they told us there are 6 rooms in this Villa and we need to book the entire Villa for Rs 16000, which was useless since we utilized only 3 rooms. Anyway we had booked the rooms and went there. Now came the most worst situations. 1. This Villa didn;t have a RESTAURANT. We reached there @ 12:30 PM asked for restaurant, the care taker there is no restaurant in this villa and we have to go outside to have our lunch. SO PLEASE AVOID IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VILLA WITH PROPER RESTAURANT. 2. MORNING TEA - Since there is no restaurant, they are not ready to serve you tea as well and when we asked , they have asked us to go outside to have the tea.. 3. NO TV , I saw one LCD TV which is not working. Only leisure you will get is a Bluetooth speaker where you can play songs. 4. This Villa is very small, There is no place for you or your KIDS to enjoy inside the villa.... SO BETTER AVOID THIS VILLA AND SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY .. For the same price, you will get other good hotels near by.

The rooms and ambiance at this place are excellent, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, making it feel just like a home away from home.

It was a mesmerizing experience staying there embracing the glimpse of traditional waves. The staff are very friendly that it almost feels like home. Talking about food availability it's finger licking good I recommend this ethnic place for all those who looking for a stay and I'm damn sure you enjoy it
