Treebo Vsaffron Regency

This hotel is bad!! I booked it online trusting the Treebo brand and the ratings/reviews but turns out that most of them are fake. I reached the hotel and it took them 20 minutes to check us in. The elevator was not working and they made even senior citizens climb the stairs. They even refused to provide mineral water in the rooms and argued that only regular water would be kept. This is a basic necessity that I had to fight for. Very unprofessional and rude staff, the hotel is maintained in a very bad way!

Worst stay ever. Rooms are congested, full of Insects. Washroom tiles are sleepery. To much outside noise whole night. The lady on the front desk doesn't know how to speak with guests. She is rude and full of ego.

We were here for a holiday trip. Rooms were too affordable. They charged us Rs 4000 for 2 rooms which was really affordable during Christmas time. Staffs were polite and humble. Rooms were neat and clean.

My nephew booked the hotel and I stayed with him. I decided to write a review because it will help the other customers.Most of the reviews are fake. The reception staff were good,they even changed my room as the first room AC is stopped working. Worst is the breakfast.Do not expect anything and not worth a penny. First day I had to wait 20mins to serve. Second day a lady wearing jeans an shirt treated us badly. She require customer service training and above all,behave others with some respect.

I had a wonderful experience as it was an family tour and we had a terrible time searching for a great hotel and our choice was worth it this hotel is soo perfect.

I booked for 2 nights It's not what they're showing in pictures. I think most of the reviews are paid (fake) they don't provide dental kit. Bed is rock hard lots of mosquito even the provided good night is not working. AC leaking water on the floor. There is no buffet breakfast they only provide idle vada sambar chatni and bread jam even they don't have toaster and height is during breakfast that aunty asked me to take only 1 vada at a time. Very unprofessional people.

Had worst experience. Don't go on reviews most are the fake I think. It's not close to what they are showing in picture. Room was not clean. No buffet breakfast no restaurant they will provide you breakfast on hotel terrace in too much heat. Staff is very rude and there is no restaurant near 2km area.

Great hospitality! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly humble and went above and beyond our expectations. They were really helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to our day. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thanks a billion!!
