Nice big bright room with very comfortable bed. Very clean. Great a/c and some tv channels in English. Lovely housekeeping staff. |For us, the negatives were the location on a busy road which made walking anywhere difficult. Also, no hot water in the shower for the 3 days we stayed (a maintenance man came and told us to run the water for 10 minutes but no change). Additionally, booking.com website advertised lunch/dinner but the restaurant was closed after breakfast. Disappointing as there were not many places very close by. |For these reasons, we wouldn't recommend/stay again.

We had a great stay here. This was my second time neat and clean rooms with queit area and hassle free checkin . Staffs are always nice behaviour and they have complimentary breakfast also .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. They graciously allowed me a 2-hour early check-in and a 2-hour late check-out, which was a huge help for my travel plans. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and top-notch hospitality. I will definitely return for future visits!

I booked Deluxe room. The rooms had smell of cigerettes, was not clean, AC was not properly functional. Its an old property which is modified. Also, there were nuisance from people nearby who were indulging in drinking alcohol. Overall, for this price range, not at all recommended, not suitable for families.

Due to arrogant and rude behaviour of "coffee club hotel "staff aleppey, I opted for this hotel. Then I find it was best decision I made as the front desk staff were warm and welcoming, incredibly helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. Had options. Pricing is also affordable.

I have stayed 2 nights with family.We are Senior citizens. But they changed room three times. Staff wanted to shift my luggage in our absence, of course we denied .After arrival they changed. Somebody in late night was attempting to open our Roon 205 with key .It has happened two times around night 11.30 and 1.00 .It was horrible experience. Never seen such things in any hotel .

The location of this hotel is the major highlight here. Easily accessible to the major attractions in Alleppey. The only draw back is the limited car parking. If there are any events happening in their hall then you might not get a spot within the hotel premises.
