TRAVANN (Pearlspot Hotels & Resorts)

We had a wonderful stay at Travann in Alleppey. The resort is right by the backwaters, offering peaceful views. Our room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The on-site spa is a great addition, perfect for unwinding. The traditional Kerala architecture added to the charm of the place. We found the rates reasonable for the quality and amenities provided. We look forward to returning with our family on our next trip to Kerala.

I must say the stay was great. We did not have a reservation and went around midnight. Although there was no one at the reception, the watchman called the manager to recive us . The manager showed us rooms to select and accommodated well even at the late hour. Great value for money, pleasant stay. Great sunrise point.

Stayed here 22nd jan 2025. Location is far from allephey city. Around 30min.i t is a bit stay far from city but peaceful Place Room was big and clean.. the surrounding scenery was nice and calm. and These are the only things i feel good here. Wifi and hot water only given after we asked. And details about breakfast is only informed after we asked as well. Usual hotel's practice is will explained to us during check in time. Check in and check out process also was not smooth. We emailed and check on room bed details all clearly informed our daughter is 11 years old. After reach here they were like blur and as though dont know we got book room or Even during check in we paid the whole bill also they never inform us that we have to pay extra cause my daughter counted as adult. Suddenly during check out showing bill that we have to pay additional. after we asked why was not informed first during check in and our email clearly stated she is 11.then they call the manager n told we no need to pay anything since was not informed earlier. they really have to go through training. Breakfast is complimentary and they told is buffet. they brought idly,thosa,toast bread with melted butter, fruits and steam banana. They just bring huge amount for us and will give us.we told we want eat but not this big amount .and maybe just leave few n rest pls bring as we did not want to waste food. the chef told dont worry it wont be wasted as our staff will eat the balance. And first time i feel i being served breakfast that not fresh .not nice also. Saw all the good review and booked this hotel and felt regret. TV dont have free hotstar, prime also. all have to purchase replying this for Travann's reply i would not give good comment about the surrounding and room if im EGO or simply want to give bad review just because that incident.. whatever i wrote here is the truth .. my question was why charging extra on checking out day? 1st day on check in we paid whole bill already for the room. and my daughter was beside me and we gave the hotel our print out copy of the email conversation which stated child age was 11 years old also. you could have charged in our bill on the 1st day when we paying you right. so when we question the hotel back on check out why got another new bill to pay when we paid dy yesterday for the room. and you guys decide to waive of the charges due to good will basis. so just because you waive of the charges you want me to put fake review ? and there are few people also give some not so good comment about the breakfast in booking.com. so are you telling they also was EGO and gave that review? i think you guys have to let go your EGO and start improve and train your staffs. It was great experience at Kerala. Excellent food and good clean rooms.

The serene space with utmost privacy, worth every penny. The get together that we planned could not have been in a better place than this. Every small details were looked into to maximise the pleasure of our stay. The cool breeze from the lake made my day, the sumptuous food , there is no second opinion , it was all relaxing and delight to have known this place.

Excellent location to spend with family and friends. Rich view and display of Kerala culture and architecture.

A new resort with classic and cozy ambience.. not yet opened for guests... But its nearing completion and will be opened soon.. The villas in the back side with water frontage to the lake side is really worth.. It has been so many years since the construction had been going on...
