Time Square Boutique Hotel

I would never come back! We had two rooms. In one room there was very bad fungus on the back of the bathroom door. Unbelievable that they gave this room to a guest. This will make people sick. In the other room the AC was not working. They moved us apparently to better rooms. There the bed sheets were dirty. They had to change it three times until they found stainless ones. The staff changing the sheets are not trained at all. The bed sheets are too short for the bed. By morning you will be sleeping on the mattress. With this hygiene level you don't want that. The bathroom in the first floor was right above the kitchen. Its very hot in there with all the smells of the kitchen. Staff was very friendly but I think that's part ot this scam. I think a lot of people book this hotel because it's very central and there isn't any other hotel with this nice room. But the stat of the bathroom and hygiene are very bad and I'd rather stay a bit further away than here.

After a long day, we checked in and got a free upgrade to a bigger room, even though we booked a smaller one. The staff was super friendly. We had some internet issues, and they moved us to a room with a better connection. We had already used the first room, but they didn't mind switching, and the cleaning service was no problem either. They were always quick to respond and brought anything we needed right to our door. The rooms were really clean and well-equipped. For the price, this is the best option you'll get.

Very nice property, located in middle of the city so you won't have issue in shopping or dining. There is a restaurant in the hotel, which serves great food ( we are vegetarian so review is for that only). Went there with my family, staff was very courteous and helpful. Even the guard of the hotel was a kind hearted person. Rooms were also good.

Really nice modern hotel with a courtyard. Adjoining restaurant is really good but not a lot of veg options.|Good WiFi, tea and coffee facilities, TV in room - everything you need really. Close to finishing points for houseboat and main shopping strip is within walking distance. |Would recommend

Fantastic place to stay in Alleppey. Property was not that great if compared to other 4 star resorts but the service and staff behaviour won our hearts. Hats off to staff for taking care of each and every guest with such dedication, When we were there the lift was out of service due to maintenance still we didn't faces any issue as someone from staff was always there for assistance whether it was with luggage or with any other small needs. Breakfast was great too and restaurant staff were also very supportive with recommendation on other meals other than breakfast as well. Would recommend everyone to experience the great hospitality of Time Square Boutique Hotel for making your holiday experience one step ahead as the staff would delight you with their services. Would like to appreciate the work the manager of hotel and receptionist does everyday to make the guest stay comfortable, I don't remember the names of both but would like the management to reward them for such outstanding work they do.

The basic rooms are pretty small. For the price you are paying the rooms are not spacious. But the service and location is good.

Myself and my wife had stayed 15 days back for a day. It's an excellent hotel. In the heart of the town close to most attractions of the town. Almost equal distance from the lake and boat houses on the one side and beach, light house etc on the other side. We had taken an AC room. Clean bed, bed sheets, pillow covers. Clean bath room. Good attatched restaurant is present with limited menu. Overall very good.
