The Beach Home Serviced Villa

Terrible experience. One Goonda is the manager.The moment we reached on 3 rd may 2025 the manager named Umer Basheer was like he didn't like to receive us. We had booked three rooms as we were eight members including two kids. We asked for an extra bed and suddenly he shouted at us asking us (IF YOU WANT JUST STAY OR LEAVE)then I asked what happened why are you talking this way and said will surely pay for the extra bed. .Again he was rude and shouted us and asked BETTER TO LEAVE FROM HERE USING OBSCENES AND HE WAS ABOUT TO BREAK THE GLASS ON RECEPTION DESK. We really got scared of that manager. He scolded mmythree year old kid when she went down to take her slipper. Horrible fellow. Every one hour he will come and stare at us even kids and our family got upset. We really trapped as it's been booked earlier. Seems he is abnormal. Second thing he has given us SOILED bedspread and dirty pillows without cover. Anyway management should have an eye on this fellow.

This is a perfect beach view villa with peaceful ambiece Property is full with greenry ans owner is a great person (and guide also if one need some advise on Alleppey or Kerla ) Great experience to stay here for me

"STAY AWAY" Wish we could give ZERO stars, disgusting room with terrible smell as if some puked and spit around. Even the manager had so bad attitude from the minute we arrived.

An excellent home stay right infront of the beach. Very clean and comfortable rooms with well kept toilets. No in-house food but there is a great cafe diagonally opposite. A tiny tea shop also pretty close by. The care taker was helpful. Pricing was pretty budget friendly. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended.

We had an awesome stay!! Nice facilities and well equipped rooms with lovely design. Excellent location of the property, opening right on to the beach and the sound of waves is very soothing. Excellent staff management and food are also commendable. We strongly recommend this exquisite oceanfront property.

Pros: Room was nice, beach facing, mattress was new, solar heater water for bath and air-conditioning 24hrs, nice n friendly staff. In budget hotel with 3 star hotel rooms. Cons: No food at the hotel, but many places to eat nearby. Some marriage was going on so too much noise, but only some odd day can happen, so nothing much to bother.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach home. The small house is located in a very quiet area directly at the beach. The room is new and very comfortable. The host was amazing and just made our stay perfect! He invested a lot of time to answering our needs. He was allways ready for a chat and generally a nice person and the food he cooked was delicious. Thank you very much for let us feel at home!
