Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey

Great Location, close to waterways and some tourist shops. Has a swimming pool, large restaurant and nice shops within, very convenient. Stayed the night after a long backwater boat ride and rooms were nice and comfortable to relax in. Restaurant staff were amazing, courteous and helpful and the food was excellent. Their buffet selection was vast. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the lake views were amazing to wake up to.

Enjoyed the cruise. It is my 2nd time and 1st time for my mum. My mum loved it.|Good customer service, We booked it as a part of package tour. No hassle.|Came to travel desk and lady helped with everything. Refreshing drinks were provided. Lunch was good, friendly staff and end of the trip coffee tea and snacks served.

Good as a budget hotel but too many small things are amiss. - You can only get burning hot water in the showers. Nothing in b/w. - The air conditioning system takes too much time to cool the room. - Room service forgot our entire order once. Also, one of the dishes I had (Mushroom & Cheese Bake) was a bit stale and caused food poisoning. - Packaged juice ("Real Fruit" brand) was present in the breakfast buffet instead of actual fresh fruit juice. - Toiletries were really odd-smelling. I suspect that they just dump in local stuff in branded bottles. Some positives - Staff was good and helpful. - The "Lunch on Cruise" package had good food. - Lakefront rooms have a nice view. - Minibar items were cheap.

We had an wonderful stay at the ramada by Wyndham alleppy, the room was beautiful with an incredible backwater veiw, and the coolest part was the multi cousin restaurant and got a delightful dining experience . at the time of check in front office staffs are very friendly.and helpful mindsets. Especially fathima was helped Lot's till the cheak out time.the rooms are well-maintained, for ensuing comfortable stay. Got a free boat ride. me and my wife enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended this gem!!

Santi booked our hotel reservation and we are pleased with her assistance. Mithun was very helpful at check-in and check-out. I recommend working with both of them. The breakfast was tasty and the room was comfortable and quiet. The location was also convenient. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms are excellent, breakfast is superb.Good service by staff and would cater to all our needs. Pool tables are available but it is extra charged. Swimming pool ranged from about 4 ft to 6 ft deep. Caroms, Table tennis and badminton courts were there. There was also complimentary boat ride.

Good but not the best. Pros: 1. Staff is polite. 2. Rooms are clean. 3. View from the room is great. 4. Swimming pool. 5. Bathroom is clean. Shower works fine. Cons: 1. Small rooms. 2. Pool is occupied by bachelors throughout the day making it uncomfortable for families. 3. Room service food is unsatisfactory. Rotis are a joke as shown in the pics. Overall, food is not great. 4. Not cost effective or value for money. Overall, it is good but other options would be better.
