Pine Beach House

The aesthetic of the house was beyond my expectations--stylish, cozy, and so thoughtfully designed. It really felt like a home away from home. Not to mention, the cleanliness was impeccable, everything was spotless and well-maintained. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat!

Nice stay with boho vibes there. Near to the alleppey beach .. so clean & well decorated. Good cafe nearby. Well maintained property & host is also nice.|I love the soothing vibes & interior of the property. Bathroom is small & no food available in house.

We had a really nice stay. Rooms are really clean, calm and the owner was super friendly. Asked him about the ferry schedule and in the following morning he went there to check for us. 100% recommendable!

PINE BEACH HOUSE: Pine Beach House was a lovely stay. It's a new build that has a beautiful design A terrace with sea view, a satellite flat-screen TV, and air conditioning are featured in some units. At the guest house, all units include a private bathroom. Guests can also relax in the shared lounge area. The coziness of the property is just a hundred mts away from the sea. The breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea was exciting. the nice & cool sea breeze just embraced us. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a good balcony view of the beach. It's a good location. A fine point to note: there's a sprinkler Shower in the garden area under bamboo shoot to wash off the sand dust on return from the sea. A good idea. The host, Mr.Sudheer, was very welcoming, friendly & helpful. I will recommend it to my friends & will visit again. TX.

Beautiful and homely stay, very kind to give us early check in as well. The terrace is a very peaceful and unique. The location is also just in front of the beach, and few hundred metres from where multiple cafes start. Very well maintained rooms. Cosy rooms but quite clean. Warm hosts, must visit in Alleppey

had a pleasent stay at Pine Beach House: - rooms clean and according to pictures - bathrooms clean, maybe a bit unefficient... - common areas nicely arranged and comfortable - the host, Hashim, was very attentive, he gave tips and helped us make all the needed arrangements

4.5 A staycation to remember! 1. The property was impeccably clean with all toiletries privided. The decor was aslo warm and greek vibe. 2. The location was perfect-- just a short walk from the beach. So it's easy to enjoy peaceful morning strolls and breathtaking sunsets and some lovely foods from nearby restaurant. 3. There was a common area overlooking the beach, which was ideal for getting some work done in the calm and quiet atmosphere, though vehicle traffic noises were there sometimes in the evening time. 4. Upon request the host helped with good houseboat packages. The host is warm and helpful. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience near Alleppey Beach!

Located on the beach, The Pine Retreat has clean rooms, but the bathrooms are small. Overall, the rooms are clean and have enough outdoor space to unwind. Unfortunately, there are no good food options nearby. We faced difficulties due to restrictions on cloth drying. Improvements are needed in customer service.
