Near to railway station approx 1km and also beach, bungalow is good and with spacious rooms. We were charged 3.5k for 20 hours of stay for 4 members. And also to add all the hotels in Alleppey follow the 11:00 AM checkout rule even though you checked in late. But staff here helped us to extend our stay for extra 4hrs

Location, property, cleanliness is good. Property owner has to be reminded about breakfast, which delayed the travel plan. He was sorry about this. There was an issue with AC, specially during night. We were charged for extra bed which was not mentioned at the time of booking. Though property was booked for additional kid. Services was bit laggard

Really close to the beach and 15min away from the house boat. The place is kept really clean and maintained very well for a 150 year old place. The staff are helpful and very hospitable. Sameer the owner, makes time for all guests to see we are comfortable and helps with anything we might need! Highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in Alappuzha.

I have booked this Hotel for my parents after seeing the reviews. But they turned out to be utter disappointing. The room my parents stayed was a 4 twin bed room and has no ventilation.It also was infested with a lot of mosquitoes inside . We also heard some noise in the back of the building which felt like people were drinking behind the building. My parents couldn't get proper sleep, which effected their first time experience in Kerala. !!Don't trust the reviews.
