Pagoda Resorts Alappuzha

This is not a resort at all. The staff here are not interested in providing service and there are lizards in the rooms. We have not seen any hotel like this. The water in the swimming pool is also very dirty. No other services are available. I told the receptionist there that a group of people are drinking alcohol in the hall in front of the lift and it smells very bad. So the receptionist says that this is only for a short time. And when I talked to the tour agency, they also insisted for 50 to 60 minutes that the hotel is good and we have been working with them for 15 years. Then we got fed up and booked another hotel with our money because the tour agency did not cancel the hotel and did not take any responsibility. So if tour agencies give Pagoda Resort to anyone, my advice is do not go. There is another good 3 star hotel near this one. There are no mosquitoes, I do not want to give even 1 star but there is no other option.

Location is good, service is pathetic. No staff knows regional language. Rooms are as old as 1970s. Good renovation will make the property feel much better. Good food offered from restaurant. Children's park is highly not recommended as it is fully damaged and rusty.

This resort location is ok ok. And also staff behaviour is too bad with client.no service,no activity,no amenities and is the mosquito place ,very dirty and too bed atmosphere in the hotel, children play area with pool and that water is like dirty smell water and not clean.also you are shown in their website and photos is not match with this. And one more thing is not safe for girls and ladies. Shameless people are coming.

The location and service is good but the property is old and not maintained properly. Old style ACs are there in the deluxe rooms, those are noisy. The problem of alleppy is the mosquitoes and if you will keep doors open mosquitoes will surely enter the room. Breakfast was too good. There were insects in the swimming pool, though they cleaned it when we requested.

Nice and cozy place. It is located near the backwaters boating so it is easy to reach. It also has some exotic birds and a nice swimming pool. Wonderful food- the quality and variety of speed is so nice! Staff was very helpful. A place worth staying!

I liked this property but only I'm not satisfied from them because of i had to suffer because of them. The washrooms taps were broken continuously doing complain about to different staff then only a maintenance guy came and he also was not able to fix it. It's their responsibility to get rooms checked before any guests arrives but seems like they didn't checked .

Hotel is good, with neat and clean rooms. It has a good swimming pool with timings from morning 8 a.m to 8 p.m and a good child play area. Staff is polite. Good breakfast in the morning. We had a safe and relaxing stay here for a night. The Alleppey beach is nearby, one can relax at the beach for sometime though swimming is not allowed at the beach.

Rooms were spacious enough i got is for Rs. 3000 for one night inclusive of breakfast. In my opinion it was the best deal and worthy to book this room at this price. Hotel also provides pool facility. Parking space was also sufficient.
