Orchard Inn

It's a great property and a huge house well built. Due to road works, restaurant attached to the facility is not functioning. Spacious property with all kinds of trees, area for big function, basketball, shuttle court, WiFi facility, spacious rooms. There is scope for improvement for cleanliness here and there but can't complaint as it's a huge mansion like building and to keep it dust free every corner requires great effort. Recommended for family get togethers, specially a pack of four families or below. Had a good stay.

1. I booked one room here via Make my trip online. But when we reached there, they denied our booking. They did direct booking from other travellers. 2. Behaviour of caretaker was very rude and non-cooperative. He doesn't know english. Owner didn't pick up calls. 3. Location is far way from Alleppey town. You have to pay more for cab to come to backwater. 4. Service is very poor. Think twice before selecting it. I faced trouble, you should not face it.

Awesome place to stay with your friends and family. We had a family of 9 with members of all age groups and everyone loved it! Great premise and very well maintained. The recreational activities onsite are a plus. The in-campus restaurant is a life saver All staff members are great! Amazing hospitality. Keep up the good work!

Very good property with lot of space and furnitures inside... Rooms were neat and spacious ... Large garden and play area .. we were family of 6 adults with kids... Everything functioning properly .. power backup, sir conditioners in all rooms, kitchen has utensils...it's exactly on the highway .... I really enjoyed it... Affordable rates... High recommended...

It's only 2000 but u get the whole house cause u r only one living

We were very happy from the moment we stepped in, with the way we were received and with the excellent place. To start with the house we stayed, its a 4BR with 4 baths and a large living hall, dining hall and good sitouts, we had enough place for everyone and everything. We were a family of 11 adults and 2 kids, and yes it is a best place for us. About the property, it was very well maintained and every morning it will be cleaned and arranged in a pleasant way that soothes our mind and we feel relaxed. There are some good indoor and outdoor games where in we can utilize our leisure time. There is a small stage in the open area where we can host some event if we want to. Last but not the least, the Restaurant served us good food, we enjoyed the food. To name a few, kadala curry, chicken satey, beaf chukka (must try). Overall, we were lucky to have this available during our vacation.

!!!DO NOT GO THERE!!! Electricity out every 5 mins. Half of the sockets and lights don't work. Hot water works only sometimes. Don't fall for the looks.
