Adam is a great host, very accommodating, very helpful. His mother cooks great food. He has put great effort in making this place aesthetic and comfortable. It's at a perfect distance away from Alleppy and in a sleepy town tucked in among beautiful backwaters and fine beaches. The price is budget friendly too. Above all it is Adam's cheerful demeanour, kindness and helpful nature that made the stay special.

Writing this after my second visit to Pollethai and Marari Beach Pearl, where I had the pleasure of staying with Adam and his wonderful mum, Sarala. They are truly warm-hearted people with stories that add so much color to the experience. Their love for nature shines through in the lush greenery surrounding the property. Adam is an incredibly thoughtful host, always attentive to any specific needs. I stayed for a month while working remotely, and it was the perfect blend of work and relaxation, with Kalaripayattu classes and the beach just a short 5-10 minute walk away. A truly memorable work-cation spot!

Adamson is a available and chatty. We had good conversations.The room is perfect, especially the shower. His mum's cooking skills are amazing. We have been able to wash our clothes as well.

Great host..We stayed with family for 1 night and really liked the place. Adam put a lot of effort and love to make the place beautiful. In midst of trees and have the beach approx 1km, complete the place ambiance. Hospitality was great too. He arranges everything quickly which requires. Overall loved the place..

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms were neat and clean. The ambience was very good. Proximity to the beach is hardly 10 minutes walk. Highlight of the stat was boating through river to the beach which we all loved. Mr. Adam is one of the best host we have met. He is very caring and took care of all our needs. Food cooked by his mom was awesome. It was a pleasent stay here.

Spent three nights with our 1 year old in the first floor and we absolutely loved the place. Walkable to the beach, with car parking facility, fully equipped kitchen in the terrace and a peaceful garden area, this property is ideal for long stay. What stood out for us is the host. Adam was super helpful, kind and literally a call away. His attention to the tiny details like drinking water kept available throughout or his timely calls for coffee/tea, he made us feel cozy and comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again.
