Marari Irine homestay

We had the most wonderful stay at Irine Marari Stay with Mathew! Our cozy and comfortable hut was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and just a short 5-minute walk from the beautiful Chety Beach. What truly made our stay exceptional was Mathew himself--an outstanding host who went above and beyond. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and always available whenever we needed anything. Whether it was fixing small issues or sharing helpful local tips, Mathew was reliable, honest, and made sure we felt completely at home. We also really appreciated the regular cleaning service, which kept the space fresh and comfortable. For the level of care, comfort, and attention we received, the value for money was simply unbeatable. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay in Marari. Thank you so much, Mathew, for creating such a welcoming home away from home!

We had a fantastic time staying at Marari Irine. The location is ideal, peaceful being very close to the serene Chethy Beach. Mathew, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He has given us contacts for shikara in allapey. He even invited us for a delicious breakfast during Christmas, which was a lovely touch. The entire area around Marari is absolutely stunning. We highly recommend Marari Irene to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Marari Irine Homestay is tastefully decorated with mesmerising Kerala style architecture and a beautiful lawn which made me feel right at home. The property is much new. Squeaky clean, AC was well functioning, kitchen was well stocked with cutleries, gas stove and a fridge. Wifi speed was good and has ample parking space for vehicles. The locality was completely safe and residential as well. Pristine and less crowded Chethy beach is located at a walkable distance of 100-150 mts making this property stand out. Lastly, what made my stay really incredible was Mr. Mathew's hospitality. With a humble, most down to earth and a friendly demeanour, he received me and my family with a warm smile and refreshing welcome drinks. He was very proactive and responsive throughout my stay. He guided me with local recommendations and also helped me book a Shikara ride for the Alleppey back waters tour and was kind enough to allow us to check out late (depending on availability basis). I will definitely visit again whenever I'm there and will highly recommend Irine Marari for your stay in Alleppey.

I had the chance to stay with my partner at Mathew's place for 7 days, and we had a wonderful time. It's literally a 5-minute walk to the beach, offering the full experience of the Indian Ocean. We took our daily afternoon beach walks all the way to Marari Beach, enjoyed fresh coconuts, jumped into the waves, and watched the sunset - the location is perfect for this. The house itself is spacious enough for two, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and there is just enough room to place two yoga mats side by side. The garden is still under development, but it's already visible that it will soon become a beautiful space. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough for work (never below 50 Mbps up/down). There's also a bus running approximately every 5 minutes in the direction of Kochi and Alleppey. But mainly I wish for everyone to get to know Mathew, what a sunshine and loving person. He did a remarkable job in making us feel home and welcome. He responds quickly, is absolutely reliable and very well connected. Whatever we needed, Mathew made it happen. You can truly feel that he's fully involved with his heart.

We stayed at Marari Irine Homestay for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. The house is newly built and freshly decorated and equipped with everything necessary both for short and long stays. There is a kitchen with all kinds of things (plates, cutlery, pans etc), a gas stove and a big fridge. The bed is comfortable. The ac works great, it is new. Hot water is available at any time of day and night. Wifi speed is excellent. The homestay is situated very close to a great white sand beach perfect for swimming and looking at sunsets. The host is amazing: kind, proactive, helpful, and ready to solve all kinds of issues. He gave us local recommendations, which were very useful. He can also help you organize all kinds of activities. The house is super clean, and regular cleaning was available. So this is a perfect place to spend your vacation or even workation! Highly recommended!

Location was too near to the marari beach. Had good parking facility and rooms were neat n clean and pricing was also worth. Even the care taker Mattew was very polite and recommend lot of places to visit across.
