A good option for those exploring Alappuzha and Kuttanad boating tours. The rest house is located in the heart of Alappuzha town, making it easily accessible. The rooms are very spacious, neat, and clean. The staff are well-mannered, and the prices are reasonable compared to other private tourist homes, as it is run by the Government of Kerala. The car parking area is very attractive, with a large space nowadays, such parking facilities are quite rare. Behind the rest house, there is a restaurant. I didn't experience much of it; my family and I just had breakfast there, and it was okay, not bad.

Had breakfast from here..Food was very good at a reasonable price and the staffs were nice too.. recommended..

A budget friendly hotel by KTDC at Alleppey adjacent to the highway. Standard rooms are small though it's near and clean. Has a restaurant in the compound which is decent. Ample parking space available.

Went there to the restaurant for evening tea. Ordered banana fritters/fry as snacks. Banana fry was the best I had in a long time. Tea was also good. Don't miss it, seeing the less crowd. Try for once.

Good rooms for good rates 2000 a day without breakfast. They were available to check us in late night.
