Nice and clean hotel with all amenities.. in house vegetarian restaurant with nice aromatic cuisines .. room sevice is slow, which can be improved. Overall experience was very good

Absolutely delightful hotel, wonderful staff, had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was superb. Rooms were well appointed and so comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size with a great shower and hot water all the time. This hotel is a must place to stay.

Rooms are very well maintained,clean and spacious... The staff is courteous...well behaved and cooperative... You will find all the basic amenities like kettle ,toiletries. Your stay would be worth the money and a pleasant one.... Highly recommended!!!

Rooms are very specious and clean. Hygiene maintained. Staff is supportive. Food quality and quantity best. Many things to do are nearby from the hotel. Overall good with reasonable rates.

/Hotel Grand Alleppey/ Alleppey is all about the backwaters. We did not opt for a stay in houseboat as we only wanted to experience some adventures in the backwaters, that's it. Hence, we opted for a stay at the Grand Alleppey. The hotel is a newly build one and the rooms are quite clean and big. We had opted for a Suite Room which was on the 3rd floor. The facilities were ample. The highlight was 2 separate washrooms with toiletries. The 24 hour hot water was a necessary and needed function. Also, the size of the rooms, beds, were decent enough. The landline also had 2 connections and there were 2 TVs too. The location is nearby the market and autos are readily available. The staff is very friendly and helps in co-ordinating in case of specific requirements. We took their help for contacts to Shikara ride in the back waters and also to get an auto early morning. Thank you Vishal, Abhirami and others for the help and service. The Rice boat restaurant is an in-house all vegetarian restaurant which is brilliant. For us, given our taste and preference, finding good vegetarian food was a task. This restaurant served our purpose fully. The sabji, Dal and rice were really good. Even the quantity was decent enough for the pricing. However, compared to rice, the quantity of dal was less. The couple of issues we faced was that due to the central AC system, the cooling didn't spread evenly across the rooms. Then, the flush system in the washroom needs a look-in as the cleaning wasn't proper. Apart from this, everything is top notch and high quality. Given the facilities, the room tariffs are quite economical as such. All in all, we had an extremely pleasant one night stay and loved the hotel on the whole. We had booked it ourselves by directly contacting the Hotel after finding the hotels online. Thank you Abhirami for the guidance with the booking procedure. We would rate it 5/5.

An excellent small hotel in a good area which is close to shops and a short rickshaw ride to markets, local canals, lighthouse, beach and the finishing point for the Nehru Trophy Boat Race at Punnamada.||We had a fabulous spacious suite which was modern, nicely furnished and well equipped. A bathroom each was an added luxury!||The staff were helpful and everything was done with a smile. What a nice bunch of people.|||The in-house Pure Vegetarian Restaurant served lovely breakfast items which were made to order. Various types of Dosas with Sambar and Chutney, Puri Bhaji and similar. It is open all day from early morning until late night and their offerings for lunch and dinner are varied and well prepared.||||We will be returning.

An excellent and budget-friendly stay with very courteous staff and prompt room service. A good vegetarian restaurant is also available on-site. Highly recommended.

This hotel needs someone professional to handle hotel properly. Booked suite room on 21 march for Rs 4600. Receptionist took all money before check-in.|Now mess up start|Giving check in time is 12 when booked but receptionist called me and said we will allowed check in at 2 pm.|Air conditioner is not working not for a minute in too hot temperature. Hotel staff is pressurised us for compromise that ac is working fine after lot of request and showing some aggression they give small room (tariff 2800).|Room has no ceiling fan no glasses for water, broken doors, lock is not open by card than goes to ground floor for unlocking door.|Staff is denied refund of excess amount.|Breakfast is another mess of cold food, no proper fruits may be dinner leftovers for morning breakfast.|I am not recommending for anyone
