Hotel Arcadia Regency

I had my doubts when I booked this one looking at reviews but to my surprise it was not that bad looking at price, also we only stayed overnight and had breakfast in the morning and checked out due to tight schedule Pros: 1. Budget friendly. 2. Best place to spend night and have breakfast and checkout in morning. 3. We had issue with AC in our room, they got our room changed where it was working. Cons: 1. AC may not work as expected but still manageable. 2. You need to call in advance at reception to use hot water :) 3. Breakfast could have been better

We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the food was really good and we enjoyed the meals. However, there were several issues that affected our comfort -- the air conditioner was not working properly and there was leakage, the kettle in the room was not working, and we experienced power cuts three times during the night. Additionally, Wi-Fi was not provided, which was quite disappointing.

1. Bathroom - No hot water if you're getting late like 9 o'clock in the morning Bathroom is not neat and clean, there is no exhausts fan in the bathroom 2. Ac is not working properly, 16 temperature is feels like 25/26Degree They are saying its 3 star hotel but services are not good as compared to other 3 star hotels. 3. Main Door handle lock not working

Very bad experience in service and food... I will booking from 21/03/2025 to 22/03/2025. with MAP (Jain food) 1) They give me a manu card and I order from that. I oder paneer chilly from that and I repeat the order of paneer chilli they tell me we have 450.00rs. per person food so not repeat. After that I talk they will repeat order but provided regular so I will cancel the order. They give me a jain after cancel. I order butter milk on extra cost but they will not given me because that is not added in their manu plane.. 2) I will go for breakfast they will tell me this item only available. No any option for onion wada .. I am also tell them I will pay extra cost of food please prepare some food. Because I have 6 year daughter also. They talking very misbehavior. 3) at a time of check in I saw a legard in kettle.

Good hotel to stay.. Taste of morning breakfast need to be better.. Quantity of food is okay

There is no menu card available in the room.Even after one and a half hours of ordering food, no service was available. When I went down after two and a half hours, I was told at the reception that room service was not available. very bad experience..staff behavior is very bed..After the hot talk food was supplied taken after 3 hours.The hotel owner needs to take cognizance of this. If there were less than one option for giving a review, I would have given less than one.

Booked this hotel for one night stay with family. Had the worst nightmare in form of mosquitoes. This is a 3 star or business category hotel where you expect mosquitoes to be the last thing available in rooms, however this was more horrendous than a local lodge. We were not able to sleep all night due to this. Called the reception around 1 am, no response and then by around 4.30 am had to go to the reception and wake the guy up and get mosquito repellent. Was able to get sleep only by 5 am and had to wake up again at 7 am again. No discount in rates, paid 3000 for a checkin that happend during around 8 pm and loss of sleep. Wouldn't recommend for anyone who wants a peaceful sleep. Rooms are okay. Adding some photos of mosquitoes which I personally killed. Since google doesn't have option to add video, couldn't add that

Great location, good hotel. Service and staff is very good. Rooms are big enough and clean. AC could do with some upgrading. Cons. Breakfast served was cold. Quality and taste of breakfast was also not good. But again, have to prise the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff though. They're really nice.
