Hotel AJ Park

Rooms are spacious and big. However, bed sheets and pillow weren't that clean. Water that's coming out of tap in washroom is dirty muddy. Complaint about it but they said leave the tap open for a while and will get clean water. I left for 2 3 minutes nothing happened. Felt like wasting water. They have bad water connection. Should do something about it. AC was working fine. However breakfast had very limited options. Didn't liked it much. Only benefit of staying at this hotel is plenty of parking space and beach is near by.

"I recently stayed at AJ Park in Alleppey, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by peeling paint and an unpleasant smell that lingered in the air. To my dismay, I also encountered cockroaches, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were stains on the bed and other surfaces, and the bathroom lacked a doormat, making it feel incomplete and unwelcoming. Additionally, the front desk service was inadequate; they didn't provide a direct phone number for room service, and even when I managed to get one, my calls often went unanswered. Instead, I had to go to the front desk in person for every request, which was incredibly frustrating. Every time I asked for assistance, the staff would say, "We will do it in 5 minutes," but it often took much longer for someone to arrive at my door. Furthermore, the room only had a table fan for cooling, and the charging port was not working, which made it inconvenient for charging devices. The hotel provided only one towel for the entire room and did not offer any cloth for cleaning feet outside the bathroom. Mosquitoes were also a problem, which further detracted from my comfort. While the restaurant had a variety of options, the prices were quite high, and the breakfast served was just average, falling short of my expectations. The hotel's location on the main road contributed to noise from traffic at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Despite being in a room meant for three people, there were no blankets provided with the mattress, and it often felt like I had to repeat myself, as different staff members kept asking for the same information. Overall, my stay at AJ Park was not worth it. The lack of basic amenities, poor service, and cleanliness issues made for a very unsatisfactory experience.

Everything is excellent. Huge rooms. Cupboard and drawers are bit dirty but it's manageable as other amenities are more than superb.

Just 1 km from Alappuzha rly station. Clean,well mainatained,Budget friendly stay.yummy breakfast included in our package which was a star. Provided with all essentials. Located at active area of city. From reception to cleanliness Staff all are good. Autos available.I am a random traveller from Cg and we really liked being here

Very bad service....Not at all satisfied with the room...Room maintenance very poor... service is also bad...Ac rooms taken but Ac is not working properly..images are added which shows the poor room service. Towels are overused and untidy...Bedsheets are not washed properly.

Everything was ok. But the rooms are very bad can't able to sleep due to bed bugs which has a dozen of family living in it. Couldn't sleep and had to sleep in car. People going with kids pls be careful

Rooms size are big but maitanance are not good, AC working, Hot water, services are ok, bathroom is not good, fills suffocation. Beach is 2 km away from hotel.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever went into .bed a piece of sponge covered with bedsheets. Bed is dirty .stained linen, mouldy walls, dust very where, rusted amenities and dirty furnitures. Walls dirty and blistered from water damage .
