Rude behaviour, total spam. Worst experience. At time of checking they will charge you extra else they cancel the room even after taking advance money. Trying to loot the people. It's not more than a personal home and very very dirty like a garbage.

The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping was great. I loved the easy access to the beach--just a short walk away! It added a special touch to my stay, giving me time to relax by the water.

Edan Home Stay is quite disappointing overall. The toilets are poorly maintained and not clean, which affects the comfort of the stay. While the rooms are just okay, they don't justify the high price. Basic amenities like towels, soap, and toiletries are not provided. On the positive side, it is located conveniently near Alappuzha Railway Station, and the staff is customer-friendly. However, the cleanliness and value for money need significant improvement

Rooms were smelly. They were cheap but at least cleanliness should be maintained. Very old towels and blankets were provided

Avoid this place at all costs! The owner uses deceptive online booking practices to lure customers, only to harass them for more money upon arrival. Their unprofessional and rude behavior is unacceptable. This is a clear case of a scam operation.!

Rooms are good. Ok for a short stay. But the locality around the room is not good. The lodge is in small street where people drink alcohol and smoke in night and also no street lights. Other than that all ok.

They have uploaded old images. Rooms were nasty, toilet was dirty, there was no water to flush, the bedsheets were dirty, lipstick stains on the wall, ciggerate butts were not cleaned from the ash tray, blankets were not clean. Bad experience!
