Eden cabana lake view homestay and kayaking

Choosing this place is definitely something you won't regret! I've been traveling in India for over 10 days, and this is by far one of the cleanest homestays I've stayed at. The host is incredibly friendly, and if you're unsure about what to do here, you can ask him anything! He can even help arrange 1-2 days of water activities, and he took so many amazing photos for us during the process! We also chose to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner cooked by his family, and everything was absolutely delicious. I'm from Taiwan, and I got to experience their homemade meals. I truly feel lucky to have stayed here!

This is an excellent stay. T.P and his family are very warm and kind hosts. The mum served good breakfast in the morning and the house is right by the backwaters. The host also arranged an open boat tour which was different from the routes of houseboats as we entered small and narrow canals and saw the life of villagers by the banks of backwaters. The room was very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend

Amazing Stay with Kayaking in Alleppey! Riverside Homestay offers a perfect backwater retreat with warm hospitality and cozy, well-maintained rooms. The highlight of my stay was their fantastic kayaking experience, allowing me to explore the serene backwaters at sunrise. The hosts were welcoming, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing yet adventurous getaway!

We LOVED, absolutely loved, staying at Eden Cabana. The family that lives here and runs the home stay are all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and warm. Breakfast was included all three nights that we stayed and we also had dinner one night - honestly some of if not the best food we had the whole time in Alleppey. I was interested in how they made the appam (a flat bread made from fermented lentil flour and coconut milk) and they actually invited me into their kitchen to show me how they made it then let me make one (mine was not nearly as good). There is AC in the room, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is private. There property is right on the river at the boat race "starting point" which is walkable to town and nearby restaurants and bars. There are also always tuk tuks waiting to take you wherever you need to go within a 3 minute walk. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I ever find myself back on Alleppey.
