Beach Stay Review This beach stay offers a decent experience at a reasonable price, making it a budget-friendly option for travelers. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay, especially during warmer months. While the accommodation is satisfactory, the restaurant's food leaves much to be desired. The taste is quite disappointing and does not match the overall quality of the stay. If you're looking for an affordable place near the beach and are okay with dining elsewhere, this stay can be a good choice. However, improvements in the restaurant's food quality would greatly enhance the overall experience.

A very budget friendly beach villa with decent rooms and a calm, serene beach in front. You can watch the traditional way of fishermen bringing in their catch on boats to the beach. Room size and cleanliness were decent. Washrooms were disappointing, but for the affordable price of the property, it's adjustable.

It was good stay with a great view. The place did not have much of options in food so they told us we could order food from Zomato/Swiggy which we didn't have a problem with. The rooms are decent for the money paid, Don't expect too much for the price and the water had a weird smell later it was changed. Overall a good stay.

Colonel's beach villa is really a great place.Rooms are quite neat and clean.You can get every type of food there and on demand also.Food is very delicious and they served in proper hygiene manner.You will get 5 star facilities there.Beach is just 10 meters far away.It gives a mesmerizing view and specially in sunrise time and sunset time you will be in love.If you want to travel in a calm and full of nature place which is full of green part then you must visit there.I really blessed after visited there.Colonel is also a very nice humble soft spoken and gentle person.I really highly appreciated their all services.I will give 10/10 to their staff members. Thank you so much Colonel as you gave us so much regard.

Very dirty rooms, beds, bathroom and premises. Behind the bed and just at the room's door, there were lizards. We booked room with breakfast, however they only serve idli-chutney-sambhar, countable bananas and tea/coffee which is not the standard breakfast. Idli were fermented and smelling bad. No support even if you raise concerns. The only benefit of this property is that it is situated at the beach (it's a beach house) and that's why the owner is least bothered..he has left the property at the mercy of two stupid caretakers. Book this only if you get it for or less than 1200 for AC room with breakfast..

Got a good room with fair price. Don't expect too much from the property. The location is awesome as it's on the beach.
