COCONAD RESORTS

I stayed at this property along with my family for 1 night . The owner has 2 hotels, initially we went to the first property brooklands avenue which we did not pick as the rooms were not clean (The hotel only looks good from the front) and the guy at the reception quoted higher prices compared to those on bookings.com .When i mentioned this , he called the owner for his support and after a while the owner arrived and mentioned that he has a newly built hotel(Coconad resorts) and took us to this place. First of all,there is no room service at this place, the owner also mentioned added cost for the breakfast (which showed complementry again on bookings.com and at a lower price). Lastly, one of the rooms that we booked was not worth the price paid. It was a bad experi

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coconad Resorts in Alleppey, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Nestled in the serene backwaters of Kerala, this resort offers the perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. What truly sets Coconad Resorts apart, though, is the service. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to offer suggestions for activities or ensure that I had everything I needed. I also took part in a relaxing boat ride through the backwaters, which was an amazing experience, showcasing the natural beauty of the area.

Property is outstanding & perfect hospitality. The resort was located near Alappuzha beach and backwaters,that is the main highlight of this property. They also provide amazing homely breakfast. I highly recommend this resort to everyone.

Location is super and rooms are clean and maid was also good ,we got breakfast which was really delicious If you are in Alleppey spend at least one day in this resort

It was a nice trip with family . Well maintained and neat resort. Good location and friendly staff . I highly recommend this property to those who are looking for an affordable stay at alleppey . The location is very near to beach and other tourist spots.

Good location. Silent space. Neatly kept. They have a terrace dining space. Food maybe have to be ordered from outside. Breakfast is usually available.

The location was perfect,with easy access to beach and light house (only walking distance).The room was spotless and well-maintained with a comfortable bed.Rooms,toilets,each and every point in resort and surroundings are very clean and beautiful.I loved and satisfied about this stay.The staffs was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay so enjoyable .Thank you coconad ...
