Club Mahindra Resort - Alleppey, Arookutty, Kerala

The resort is excellent. The rooms are good except that it did not have a table and a chair to sit and work. Charging of the laptop had to be done on the floor. |The best part of the stay was food. The staff were courteous, friendly and cooperative. Your head chef Sanjiva went out of the way to make the most perfect fish. He eagerly listened to my instructions and put together the fish exactly the way I wanted. Thank you chef. You made my stay complete.

One-Star Stay at Club Mahindra Resort Arookutty Alleppey: Not Recommended for Families My recent stay at Club Mahindra Resort Arookutty Alleppey was extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend this property, especially for families. Room Size and Quality: The rooms are very small and inadequate for families. They do not provide the space or comfort one would expect from a resort. Pricing and Value: The rates are comparable to five-star accommodations, yet the quality and experience fall far short. This resort does not offer value for the price. Hygiene and Maintenance: Mosquitoes were a significant issue, indicating poor pest control. The Happy Hub area was completely damaged and unhygienic, making it unusable. Service: The reception and room service were subpar. Calls were rarely answered, showcasing a lack of responsiveness and poor customer service. Overall: This property is not recommended for families. The small rooms, high rates, mosquito problem, damaged facilities, and poor service make for a very unpleasant experience.

This resort is situated on the backwaters of the North side of Alleppey. The rooms have a great back water view. You can watch sunrise from the balcony of your room. The activity area has 4 to 5 games. Children will enjoy. The swimming pool is small. Good for kids

Nice spread of delicious dishes. |Seafood restaurant FINZ is very good, Mr. Nalin arranged what ever we wanted.|Clean and well maintained swimming pool.|Rooms are clean and comfortable.|Spa experience is great,thank you Dr.Rakesh, and the therapist Mr.Vishnu.|Would like to stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at club Mahindra and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The food was absolutely delicious, a wide range of options to choose from. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.|Hospitality was good |Staff were really kind and helpful |Nalin,hridya,saikat and hasan and aditya were excellent they accommodated us wonderfully .

We had a wonderful stay at Club Mahindra ,Arookutty. Positives:The staffs where so friendly and helpful with any queries The whole premises where always kept neat. Food was delicious Negative:In room dining food delivery took around 1hr. The place Happy hub still need some more items that keep children engaged

The cottage rooms are spacious. They have a pathway which leads to a separate bathroom section. Bathrooms are huge, we liked that. The view of backwater is pretty. The kayaks and boats available for happy hub activities are very old, would not recommend that. Location is remote from Alleppey and other big cities with limited vegetarian options around, unless you eat at the location.
