Classic Regency

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. It is opposite to the beach with a 2 min walk. The staf is very helpful and the food was good. Due to weekend there was live music at the restaurant. The view from the rooftop pool is very good of the entire beach. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

The location, food and service were AMAZING! Not only are the staff absolutely gorgeous, the musicians made my night I could listen to them forever. The reception of the regency were so, so kind to charge my phone and direct me to the restaurant and from being blown away at the service in the restaurant they said don't forget to check out the rooftop . Absolutely gorgeous place. I'm from Australia and all my friends and family will be hearing about Classic Regency. Good place to have a family dinner. Nice service from the staff and are polite. Food - The starters were really good. We ordered golden prawns and chicken nuggets. However the manchow soup was not that good, the noodles seemed old and had a bad taste.

We chose Classic Regency to host our Sons first birthday. Before all I would like to give a 10/10 rating to the staff's for their cooperation and hospitality. The food was really great especially the seafood menu along with the fresh juice drinks that were served. Highly recommended

Classic Regency is a relatively new property with great potential, especially considering it's one of the few hotels in this segment at such an affordable price point in Alappuzha. However, despite being new, the rooms are not well maintained. Housekeeping definitely needs to step up to meet even basic expectations. Another major concern is the lack of clear classification between smoking and non-smoking rooms -- something that should be addressed immediately for guest comfort. Pros: * Walkable distance to the beach * Rooms with balconies facing the sea * A pleasant rooftop bar * Good food With some focused attention on room maintenance and better room categorization, this hotel could become a top choice in the area.
