Camelot Hotel

I stayed at camelot alleppey few days ago. It wasa memorable experience.we have got a warm welcome there. Checkin procedure was very smooth and easy. Meanwhile they served a tasty mix fruit juice. The dinner at the restaurant was very delecious. The service staff were so helpful. Staff at front desk was polite, and always they keep asmile on their face which was also nice. Rooms were so neat amd clean great work by the housekeeping. Check out was also very fast when compared to other hotels i have stayed thank you camelot

Camelot Hotel - We stayed here for one night. There were 7 of us, and we booked 3 AC rooms. The rooms were very spacious and luxurious, with clean interiors and washrooms. A full-size mirror was a nice touch. Overall, the stay was good -- the staff was professional, and room service was efficient. However, the restaurant was terrible. The welcome drink had a fly in it. We ordered rice, noodles, and curd rice -- the noodles were spoiled and had a bad smell, yet the staff still served it to us. After complaining, they offered us a discount, but it's shocking that they would even serve spoiled food. Even the fried rice and curd rice didn't taste fresh. On the bright side, breakfast had good variety and was served fresh. Overall stay experience: 4/5 Restaurant experience: 1/5

The hotel rooms are pretty clean but need to keep the bathroom well equipped. Shower cap was missing. Shower gel box was empty. Vegetarian food need to be better!

The hotel's location is good. But we're upset with the restroom. The soap-keeping slab is shattered. The shower closer is present, however the shower closer door has been removed. Very poor condition. Rooms are also not up to expectations. However, the room sizes are sufficient. The front desk looks fantastic. Food quality is average, but it is neat and clean. Google lists it as a four-star hotel, but after staying there, it was discovered to have only two stars.

The hotel they maintained well, All the rooms are well renovated. Hope that they done all the works and replacement of room amenities like dispenser minibar etc are recently.We stayed in room 306 the room is neat and well cleaned.The pool they maintained vey nice.The restaurant in the ground floor have variety type of options.||The staff service is excellent .All the staffs are well behaved with good hospitality.||We can saw smiled faces all over the hotel.||Recommended to all.

Very bad 1. Bathrooms didn't have toilet paper. When checked with the reception, they said it's based on request. If not, they usually do not keep toilet papers. 2. No bottled water were kept in our rooms, no coffee mugs, we had to literally call them each time to bring these amenities where ideally these things should be kept before we check in to our rooms. We go out to buy water bottles. 3. No hair dryer 4, Breakfast below average. Staffs are reluctant to serve. Only few food menu. 5. No dental kit 6. AC deluxe room don't have toilet papers, hair dryer, dental kit, hand towel, slippers. Not upto the mark.

My stay with Camelot is excellent and the service offered by them is great. Nice ambience good food, neat and clean room. They have an ayurvedic Spa with good and professional staffs all the staffs are well behave and we can see smiling faces welcoming us on the entrance that gives a positive vibe from the first time when we enter they maintain this positive attitude towards the whole stay by their professional and excellent hospitality service. Recommended to all.

I had a wonderful stay at Camelot Hotel, Alleppey! The hotel's serene ambiance and well-maintained property made for a relaxing experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great blend of comfort and modern amenities. The staff was incredibly hospitable, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The location was perfect--close to the backwaters yet peaceful enough to unwind. The in-house restaurant served delicious food with a variety of options, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. Overall, Camelot Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alleppey for a comfortable and memorable stay.
