Arcadia Magnet

The rooms are very good. I'm not sure if they have room service in case of food because I was not served tea. The location is good if you prefer a busy area as there are several shops nearby. If you want a peaceful place, then this is not the hotel for you. All over the experience was good.

Very bad experience. AC in reception not working. Night staff not able to answer queries. Hotel food closes @10pm. Even they lock the entrance at 10pm. Bathroom not hygiene. Basic amenities not available inside the room.

Stayed here for the weekend and loved it! The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great spot.

Rooms are all clean and neat. Staff are all friendly. Front staff Neethu was helpful and friendly.

A friend and I visited Alleppey for the first time, and Magnet Arcadia was a great stay. We had checked in much earlier than normal, at 7am, but Neethu at the front desk was very helpful in facilitating our stay, and was kind and agreeable throughout. The location of the hotel is also great, being very close tot eh backwaters. When we return to Alleppey in the future, we will definitely stay here again.

Very pathetic, I can t understand why they are hesitating to give cold water bottle or cold soda, as they r giving ice cubes, will not take much time......unbeliveble ecuuces

From the moment I checked in early this morning, I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Special mention goes to Mr. Sudheesh Supervisor, as well as the housekeeping team, who have been incredibly attentive and just a button press away. Their exceptional service truly enhanced my stay. The rooms are spacious, neat, and hygienic, with particular attention given to the cleanliness of the toilets and bathrooms--an aspect I always prioritize. I was pleased to find that the bathroom facilities were immaculately maintained, which added greatly to my comfort. Though I haven't yet had the chance to enjoy the hotel's bar and restaurant, I plan to do so before I leave. The hotel's location is ideal for business travelers, families, and tourists alike, offering easy access to the famous backwater tourism spots in Alappuzha. The convenience for KSRTC travelers looking for a comfortable stopover and a meal cannot be overstated. I even had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who hails from Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram--a friendly and talented individual. However, one area for improvement would be the absence of laundry services, which I found disappointing. It's a service that many travelers look for during their stay, and its availability would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience. In conclusion, the Arcadia Magnet Hotel is a valuable asset to Alappuzha, offering quality service and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region.
