Perfect homestay in budget for family.The location is near ferry station and houseboat. The owner is really helpful and guided us with all the tourist locations. Rooms are clean and neat

Well maintained rooms and good behavior of the owner... I stayed here for a day and got an good time... budget friendly and totally worth.

The rooms are well maintained and clean . Nice, quiet , simple ,hotel Furthermore, the room was also pleasant .The host was also very helpful and arranged a boat tour for us, and he will help you to solve all your questions . The Alapatt homestay is located in a very handy location near a ferry stop and the ksrtc bus station. Would definitely recommend it!

The only good thing about this homestay is it is located near the Boat starting point.

Value for money at affordable price. Homely atmosphere. Great place to stay. Very near to the bus stand, auto stand. All shops, hotels etc are available nearby. A very calm and serene place to spend vacation. Mr Raju Joseph has been really helpful to our family. We wish to always stay here during our vacation break:)

Worst place to stay! Host tried cheating us by giving us a 2 bed room while we booked a 4 bed room. Did not provide basic essentials like soap, water etc. when asked for water he gave a jug filled which I am assuming he hasn't cleaned in ages. There was lump of hair in water glass. They did not clean the room. Place was very shabby.
