AJ Palace Hotel

We had an amazing experience staying here. Clean rooms, friendly service. We got delayed due to bus, the staff still kept following up with us and made sure we get the complimentary breakfast nice and hot even though it was way past breakfast time. They catered to all our requests and offered the best hospitality. Would definitely visit again with family and highly recommend them for others too.

It was a Great Experience Here.The staffs ( both receptionist Ashna and Sreekumaran ) are very friendly and the rooms are also very comfortable. The food served in the restaurant is also very good. Right from the welcome drink to the complementary snacks combos, all were par excellent. Only cons for the sake of saying is that there is no fan in the room though the room is well ventilated with AC.

Excellent Hotel with mind blowing service. Its an international standard Hotel. There is no word to explain cleanliness and services especially JEEVAN ( Hotel Manager), he is fantastic person with unbelievable hospitality. Its brand new and Highly recommended!!!

We stayed in Hotel AJ Palace in Alleppey with family of 3 around the beginning of Mar 2025. The hotel is conveniently located for tourists as it is just around 5 to 10 minutes away from the shikara and house boat start points. The hotel is beautifully constructed and gives the vibes a category above. All the hotel facilities like lightings, bed, AC, bathroom fitments, cafetaria are top-class and very clean assuring a peaceful and hassle free stay. The hotel staff are well trained, flexible and courteous, going out of the way to give the hotel guests a pleasant and enjoyable stay, would like to call out hotel staff Ashna, Sreekumar and the chef from Punjab for excellent services. Highly recommended for tourists to Alleppey!

Very good staycation.services are good, rooms are spacious , plenty of water including hot water.wide parking space. Easy to access near by locations.good hospitality.staffs are very good.
