Everything about the hotel was excellent. We really did have a comfortable stay at the hotel. Staffs were very courteous, rooms provided was very cleanly, location where the hotel was situated was quiet and serene. Food at the restaurant below was good too.

We stayed two nights here, rooms are really good, spacious but that's the only plus. Service is pathetic, choice of food is very less, they have a 4 page menu card but only dosa and poori is available. There is no water for half day, even for basic necessities nor they were able to provide a bucket of water. We wanted to checkout early, but staffs were available only from 830am so we checked out only at 9am. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are going with family.
Irresponsible service... We have booked our corporate company through MMT and not giving the bill. Normally company needs bill to claim the same accordingly, here am reaching hotel staffs but no use. Actually we were stayed four days like 3 days + 1 day, they said last bill having issue in GST . How come it's. Also we have to wait more than 30 minutes for ordering complementary morning food once ordered. IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE
Hai friends, Me and my family (3 kids, aged 2yrs, 7 yrs and 10yrs) unfortunately stayed in this hotel yesterday night. Overall outside appearance is good, but need more maintenance inside the rooms as well as need a good training to staffs too..... PLEASE DO TRAIN THEM WHAT IS PROFESSIONALISM, ETHICS, COURTESY AND WHAT POLITE IS.... "You can expect a rude, arrogant, impolite so called receptionist when u checkin the hotel premises. He pretends like all that building is on his shoulders, because of his mercy alone, guest will get rooms and not because of MONEY they pay. We paid the room rent for a deluxe room 3000 Rs, plus tax and extra bed for 900 Rs. But more than the money we pay, it was because of mercy from that particular receptionist who was at late evening time duty we got accommodation in this very particular hotel. According to his concept, if we go with husband wife and 3 kids we have to take two rooms. This is the only hotel in south india to offer this type of consideration, that they accommodate all family members in single room. When we entered the room, bedsheets, pillow cover, blankets were soiled, so we call the room service for changing all those materials. It took an hour for changing to complete. Our checkin was on late night, so again one more hour wasted for same. Waiters, room service staffs were polite and good enough with a smile. Even though the rooms were not well maintained we some how adjust for one night. But if the management took notice for the staff in reception to maintain a courtesy to thier guest, then it would be far better. NEVER EVER I WONT SELECT THIS HOTEL FOR ANY REASON ANYMORE.
Right now I am staying at the hotel. am currently staying at this hotel, and I don't think they are operating it for profit. If they were, they would run things differently and ensure that the staff is working efficiently to create a better guest experience, leading to positive reviews and more bookings. The staff seems to have a "chalega" (it'll do) attitude, which is typical for this district. Here's a simple example: I wanted a strong, good cup of morning tea. I can skip breakfast, but I can't do without my tea. The tea bags provided, however, are for black tea and are much weaker than what I'm used to. I called the reception, and the person on the other end told me the tea bags are "multipurpose." I tried the tea, and it was lighter than baby milk. I called again, and the staff member said he would check for regular tea bags and call me back. He never did. Next, I contacted housekeeping, hoping for a resolution. To be honest, the silence from their end was more deafening than a bomber plane maintaining radio silence on a mission. Additionally, there was no dental kit in a room that costs 3000/- rupees per night. I've stayed in hotels with better service for half the price, such as a hotel near the Iron Bridge in Alleppey, where rooms cost around 1600-1800/- rupees. The reception desk is the face of the hotel, not the room boy. In my experience, the room boy is more hardworking and invested in the hotel's reputation than the reception staff. Update: after much cajoling I did get my teabags. The reception guy himself brought it since he knew the promptness of the housekeeping. I would put his attitude now as 3/5.
Today I stayed in Hotel Vahada on my way from Trivandrum to Kochi. Service and staff response were poor. No body is responsible to take up clients issue. Hotel and facility are good, poor maintenance. Front office, restaurant, cleaning staff are not properly trained to deal with customers at all. Excellent location, ambiance seems ok
The suite room was very spacious and comfortable for three of us. It had two bathrooms and the beds were comfortable.||The location of the Hotel was good. Room service food and service was good and prompt. ||For braekfast (no buffet but ala carte), there were limited options but the food was good. ||However the lunch we tried to have at the rstaurant was a big disappointment. It took 2 hours for finishing our lunch and the food was below average. We were the only guests in the dining room and the food took very very long to arrive.
Room is spacious food was fresh . Staff especially in the bar not at all professional Very rude behavior from one staff
