Harmony Mart

We stayed here for 8 days. The rooms are simple and clean but what makes this a magical stay is the lovely family hosting. We were welcomed with an open heart and endless smiles. The garden is beautifully kept and a real gem of a place. Breakfasts were delicious and we were offered a warm chai in the afternoons. Soni will always be most helpful with anything you need. Even though they were in the middle of construction and at times is was noisy we just didn't want to leave this place. At the end of our stay soni actually offered to reduce the price due to the inconvenience. Such a lovely honest guy. This family and the quite and beautiful beach made our stay at Marari amazing!

Sony and his family made our stay in Marari to an amazing experience that won't forget anymore. The room was perfectly clean and the food Sonys wife and mother prepared for us for breakfast and dinner was just outstanding. |Sony is a great host who makes you feel home away from your home. His honest and deeply friendly and positive character makes it hard to leave and go on. This is why we came back after a short trip to Munnar for 2 days.|He organized a pick up for us, took us to fisher market and made us feel like a part of his special family.|The beach is very beautiful, you go 3min and can find some sun beds and a small restaurant to buy water and lunch. The beach is not very crowded, a few guests from the close resorts are walking by and in the evenings the locals come but during the day you can perfectly enjoy a very peaceful atmosphere.|Will be back on our next trip in India next year for sure.

We stayed at this homestay for one week. The standard of our room was rather simple, but it was more than well compensated by very good service, excellent food and personal family care. The father and manager, Sony, gave us a personal and very friendly service, including trips to sights around Marari. We became good friends of his whole family. They taylor-made some services to us, such as serving us our favorite food and fruit desert. ||||The homestay is situated only a few minutes from a nice and rather private beach.||||We can really recommend this homestay to other visitors. I have just spent 9 days here, relaxing on the nearby beach.|Sony and his family are welcoming, hospitable and endearing.|I stayed downstairs in the only room that appears to have running hot water, otherwise it's a bucket. Cleanliness could be improved, so only 8/10. Food is delicious and plentiful so I had breakfast and dinner everyday as locally there are very few choices. The other guests and I were even treated to a fireworks display on Christmas Eve and were asked to help decorate the tree before dinner!|All in all, a super homestay with a wonderful family!

Sony and his family are lovely, welcoming and made us feel at home. We were there one night, but wish it had been longer. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Dinner and breakfast were tasty. The location is perfect. Close to the beach. Would highly recommend this homestay.

We spent 2 nights here with our daughters, 4 years old and 5 months old and it was the most special stay in all our time in Kerala. Soni and Sini and their 3 children are the sweetest, they made sure we felt just like home. The girls played together, and there was always someone helping to hold the baby. We enjoyed walking to the beach and hanging out with the locals. There are many homestays on this stretch and they all felt very authentic. The food cooked by Sini was delicious. We enjoyed also a tuk tuk tour Soni gave us of the village. This lovely family made our stay at Marari beach magical, thank you so much Soni and Sini! We hope to return one day. |

We had a lovely time at marari beach harmony! We were well looked after here, and the family were so helpful with any travel enquiries we had. The room rates were very reasonable, and the choice of kerelan breakfast was a real treat! ||If you are after a little peace, away from the crowds, yet remain very close to the beach....look no further||||Thanks again Harmony!

We were not sleeping there but we ate 3 times at noon and the meals were delicious. Try shrimp curries and puttus. We enjoyed spending our lunch breaks on the terrace with a very warm family welcome. Thanks to Sony and his wife!
