Vembanad Village Backwater Resort

I had the pleasure of staying at Vembanad Village Resort for a day, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, and the service was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, showcasing the authentic taste of Kerala cuisine. It was a treat to savor such well-cooked meals in such a serene setting.

It's a very good place. Though a little interior but completely worth it. It has amazing view and also has a backwater with complimentary activities. The food served has good taste. But the quantity of the food they serve other than the complimentary ones is less. It's not worth the price they are charging. Also, they didn't have a clean swimming pool. But overall a good resort. Would surely recommend.

He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and was always available to assist with any requests. What made our visit even more special was the effort put in by the entire team to celebrate my birthday. Their thoughtful gestures, from the beautifully arranged setup to the warm hospitality, truly made the day memorable. We deeply appreciate the effort and kindness shown by everyone. The peaceful surroundings, excellent service, and the heartfelt hospitality of the team made this stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Vembanad Village Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and special getaway. We will definitely be returning for a longer visit next time!

This has been amazing experience. The entire lake has looks like an ocean view. We spend a 2 nights with family of 6 members on the first week of February includes a sunrise cruise in the first morning and a kayaking experience in the evening was great.|Especially the food,Staff, room view, comfortable air conditioned rooms and well maintained resort has been done by the team.|Thanks to the best hospitality

Had a great time at Vembanad Village Backwater Resort. The food was really good and the staff made sure guests were well taken care of. The hospitality stood out--it was clear that they genuinely cared about the experience. We tried kayaking, fishing, and the shikara ride, and all of them were well-organized and fun. The location is peaceful and ideal for a quiet getaway. Special thanks to Mr. Savad for making our stay smooth and comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience and worth the visit.

Very good and comfortable stay. Location is a bit interior but it is just by the Vembanad backwater lake. All rooms are lake facing. Its a great view. It has a nice swimming pool. They offered a complimentery boat safary for the guests in the lake for 30 minutes to 1 hour. It has Kayaking facility in the lake. Kids friendly. Only drawback is that there is no shop/market nearby. Otherwise everything is ok. Staff are very nice and helpful. Special thanks to one of the staff, Bijit Narah from Dhemaji, Assam. He is really a gem of the resort.

The food is good....staffs are well behaved and good hospitality...Mr.Savad and Mr.Bijit served well. Complementary speed boat ride was awesome. View is awesome. The entire experience of staying at this resort was pleasant

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The combination of great location,good food,excellent service and kind staff made it a memorable experience.From the moment we arrived everything was well organised and the staff made sure we wer comfortable thorough-out the stay . We had great time trying out fishing , kayaking and boat ride. The combination of scenic view, great food friendly staffs ,and engaging activities makes this place I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with a tough of adventure...
