Excellent rooms and best food. Location is also great. Lighting in restaurant can be improved as it felt very dark in the evening. Staff members are new trainees so eventually some delays happen but happy to see they have staff who speak native language.

Good hotel with a vintage feel on the NH. Ample parking space. The restaurant is really good with tasty food and reasonable price. The electrical items in the rooms are too old, very difficult to turn on or off, at least provide new remote controls. No lifts, so it will be a bit difficult for elderly people.

Amazing place.Ambience top notch.food awesome and finger licking good. Must try are their sea food items: neymeen mulagu curry, prawns mango curry, meen pollichathu, kalanji fry. Their veg meals is the best I have had so far. Minimal wait time, prompt service awesome food and ambience, ample parking space, clean washrooms. They accept cash, credit cards. Will surely visit again whenever I happen to pass through Cherthala. Keep up your good work guys.

One of the worst restaurant ever gone. Visited for having dinner. Only after 45 minutes a staff attended. Even after one and half hour, food was not served. When asked about the matter, the staff at reception shouted arguing that staff is less and customers are more. Staff should be send for some soft skill training and the management should teach them the basis lessons of customer interaction. Not at all recommended

It was a bad decision to stay there for my brother's engagement. The issues we faced were: 1. It was really hard to open the doors. 2. The AC either wouldn't start or, if it did, it couldn't be turned off. 3. The color of the tap water was yellow. 4. There were problems with the electrical connections. When we plugged in the iron, the power would go out. 5. Very poor customer service. We arrived an hour early, and the receptionist, without even checking, kept insisting that check-in was only at 12. When we ordered something via phone, like 3 water bottles, they either brought us only 2 or didn't bring any at all. They also never turned on the corridor lights, making it difficult to move between rooms. The plates we used were left outside the room overnight and weren't cleared until the next afternoon. They were not vigilant about the electrical issues, as we experienced power cuts both in the morning and evening. When we called the reception, no one answered, and when we went to the reception to report the issue, there was no one there. 6. The food they provided was horrible. 7. No elevators are available, have to walk a lot. Do not opt this spot if you are planning to stay along with elderly people. 8. Finally the staffs there are not even open to take the feedback.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The overall service was poor, and the room service staff were extremely rude. Firstly, the hotel did not clearly communicate the restaurant's closing hours, which led to unnecessary confusion. We were also not provided with essential information that guests should be made aware of. On top of that, the room service employees were disrespectful in their interactions and even hung up the phone on us rudely. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected much better treatment and at the very least, basic courtesy.

We had lunch here. Very good hotel with delicious food, however do not recommend on hot days as its not Air conditioned, its scalding hot and has lot of houseflies. It would be a gem if it just had ac seating available too.

A decent hotel for stay... Nice ambience.. Kerala style architecture, very beautiful courtyard .. Pool is also good.. But the water in the washrooms seems to little brownish colour. Food is above average ., Buffet breakfast was also the same... A big parking space is available...
