Our recent trip to Camplights, intended as an adventurous day out with colleagues, turned out to be a major disappointment from start to finish. Despite the high expectations set by their Instagram page, the experience was far from satisfactory.||Transportation Woes:|We were promised a vehicle at the designated pickup point, but despite providing the number of attendees well in advance, we were left waiting under the scorching sun for more than an hour before boarding the jeeps. Such a lack of preparation and communication was unacceptable.||Poor Hospitality:|The lack of courtesy was evident right from the beginning. The first group to arrive was not welcomed with the promised refreshments. Instead, they were left standing without any guidance until the rest of the group arrived.||Substandard Accommodation:|The three rooms we booked were in deplorable condition. The lighting was inadequate, and the restrooms were unhygienic, which was shocking given the price and planning that went into this trip.||Terrible Food and Service:|The lunch served after a grueling trek was subpar. The staff's attitude was dismissive, as though serving us was a favor rather than a paid service. After the waterfall trek, we had to wait over an hour in the dark for tea and snacks, which turned out to be the worst part of the trip.||Poor Planning and Execution:|This wasn't a last-minute trip--we had booked it well in advance. The Camplights team failed to anticipate the crowd, plan meals, or manage logistics effectively. The unprofessional attitude towards welcoming guests and providing basic amenities was disappointing.||Verdict:|Camplights completely failed to deliver the experience they advertise. From transportation and accommodation to food and hospitality, everything was poorly managed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, let alone my worst enemy.

Good location.. calm and quiet... Nice view especially from the tent. Good for small groups. They have multiple options for staying. You can choose as per ur choice. Posted a few pics here. They can improve the service more and can thereby improve the user experience. Hope they will be doing some work and more attractive activities or services or facilities will be provided . The rooms were not that much OK. they can make it more clean, especially the tents which will be chosen by those who like a good view. They route to this place is a little bit hard to travel. A small off road can be experienced,(or u can choose the other route)- all cars can go through. They are currently providing a morning sunrise visit and also a waterfall Trek in the package. That is also a nice attraction. The staff were friendly and they are willing to help us if anything arises. Ll rate more in future if they start providing more features and experience.

Very good wibe full peace place.

I was looking for tent stay for 1 day. I was in Munnar, and i had to return back to Kochi. So, I had options to book the tent either near Suryanelli which is 40km from Munnar away from Kochi. Another is to book this place. 1 of my friend chose Suryanelli, but my gut feeling went with this one. When we saw each other photos, I must say, I made the perfect choice ever. The people here are very supportive and helpful as they are young batchelors. And the location is amazing, some tent owners will have their tents in the middle of Jungle, but they had their tent on the top view point where you can enjoy mesmerizing Sunrise and Sunset. Just go for it, you can travel solo or you can plan with your group, trust me it's gonna be great time.!!!

I Had a good experience with this resort. Amazing view point are there. The have lot of activities are there with stay. 360 mound sunrise view. Of Roding. I am tracking. There is an tent house for staying to Affordable stay. There are very nice Hut available. Amazing Tree House with beautiful views. Very calm and quiet place inside forest. And customer care is very good and stuff are very friendly

It's in forest. No proper road. Very steep road. But worth for stay. Dinner and breakfast provided by them. But it's kerala style. If u don't like kerala style food u will be in trouble. Tents, tree house available. Neatly maintained rooms. Camp fire available. Morning trucking available for seeing sunrise

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. But...Better book tree house or Bamboo cabin if you're going with family. Attached bathroom are available only for tree house and bamboo cabin. Toilets for the A frame, wooden cabin and tents are bit far off.

One of the best place to spend your weekend time on. First thing to mention is the property itself. The way they arranged the property and the little details to enhance the beauty itself is worth to spend on. And the way we're getting the view of hills from the stay made it better. Service provided by the team is great. They were very humble and met all our needs.
