OYO 48830 Ashwini Comfort Deluxe Lodge

1. I entered early in the morning for the check-in, The receptionist was un-professional with the behaviour. 2. Asked to show the room, the first words he used were to do the payment 2-3 times instead of showing the room. 3. When asked for a complimentary water bottle (Refer to the image attached here), That was a used bottle by someone, Very annoying experience with this lodge. 4. There was no room available, he gave us the room which they used to sleep and the charge for that was not at all worth it. 5. The room had no lock from the inside when I asked him if it was not safe,?I will take care it will be safe. 6. In the morning, the room cleaning boys are coming inside and they are going with the doors open, The time I had to call the morning shift receptionist I asked him what was happening here? 7. When asked to change the room, ask me if there are any valuable things there? 8. After having so much of a struggle in the morning I got a change of room. Overall zero Rating, The owner has to take a strict actions immediately or else god should help them. Mubeen the receptionist has no idea how to speak with the customers. I am really disappointed with the good services they have... Don't go and waste your money and peace of mind

Dear all please don't go to this place it's horrible to stay. in my life this is the first time like this kind of lodge I have seen that room boy is telling everything is available but hot water is not coming WiFi is not available room was dirty fan is not working in midnight 30 min fan was off then I searched room boy he didn't get to me I waited for him like kind of problem I faced on this day bludy hotel
