The hospitality was excellent, and the service was commendable.we were in room no 308 and 309 in the name of Karthick. We came first time to Mysuru and had a good time. We created lot of memories with the family. We could recommend to have little more big room and swimming pool in future.

One of the pleasant stay experiences. Staff was very hospitable and helpful. Breakfast spread & overall restaurant menu is comprehensive. Near & tidy rooms.|Location in is JP nagar. Which is very green and centrally located. Visiting other places was very convenient from the hotel

This place is amazing! The staff are super helpful and quick to help. I do recommend if you are more than 2 adults to take a bigger room or 2 connected. It's a very peaceful area. Thank you to Emerald Clark's Inn for an amazing stay :)

Average Stay. The rooms are pretty old and not in the best condition. There was a power outage due to some issue with the hotel generator which costed us a lot of inconvenience and disturbance in the night specially with a baby. We had to be in the room without electricity and no AC for sometime in the dark.|It's surely overpriced for the services and room quality they offer. Please look at other options in mysore.|The breakfast spread was decent and the taste was good.

Reception staff are completely lost. Poor customer service. Very mechanical and very commercial in their process. Bathrooms are small for the cost being charged. Only 1 litre drinking water bottle post that RO water. Food was good but some restaurant staff have very casual attitude.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. Here's my take on the stay: Positives: Cleanliness, Service and Ambiance. Negatives: Expensive Restaurant, Uncomfortable Extra Bed - The extra bed provided lacked proper support and stability. It was so lightweight that even a toddler could move it, making it unsuitable for a comfortable sleep. Parking Issues - The covered parking was too cramped, and due to space constraints, we had to park outside at our own risk, which was inconvenient. Despite a few drawbacks, the hotel delivers a great experience in terms of cleanliness, service, and ambiance. If the pricing and facilities (like parking and extra beds) were improved, it would be an even better choice.

The hotel is located a little far away from the main town, but connected well and easily accessible. Room is spacious and the amenities are quite good. It was cleaned regularly and maintained well. There is a restaurant available in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was given as a compliment in the package, the food was really good. But basic food options like Dosa, coffee were not available at dinner. Those kinds of services could be improved for the convenience of the customers. The staff were kind and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay for us.

I have been asking for an iron box since 6 AM, but the hotel staff tell me stories that they have only 2 iron boxes and they have already given them to guests. Just think about this hotel's efficiency in handling customers.
