I have taken car service from white palace I must say service is fantastic. Car is clean. Driver Person is very much humble , he is very helpful very polite.

All cheater .asked for extra money without even checkout time..never visit this hotel ever...very bad staff behavior...

The person at night doesn't know how to talk to customer. He is a kid and not trained well. Poor service. The phone doesn't work to call the reception . Not good but in virajpet this is better

Good place for a stay, staffs are friendly . One star minus cos of fan alignment. Fan is not placed at centre of the room which is a concern if u taking a non AC room and its hot.

Recently I stayed at this hotel which never offered a minimum service in the rooms. But they have collected Rs.1600-00 on demand. The room service is absent. They could not provide at least a pillow cover and towels. Though the rooms is a spacious I think that there is mismanagement. While your departure they issue a bogus invoice which does not bear GST number. I suggest the travelers not to select such hotels when good accommodation is available at the 50% of the cost around Rs.600-00 to Rs.800-00 for an AC room. There is parking space. Without guests the hotel is desolate. No rate is required for this hotel.||||The hotel is having a restaurant where there will be no eatables as per your request. You should eat what is available.

Rooms are clean but sheets , pillow covers , should also be washed better. No inter coms in rooms. Reception not manned regularly. Breakfast at restaurant is good but not included in package.

They showed us the room which had a/c since I had a new born baby with me and I wanted the room only for a night... However a/c was not working and after doing a research if the a/c is working or not for long hours they stated the a/c is not working and they told us there is an a/c room in the 2nd floor however they were still checking if the a/c was working in that rooms too... Very bad experience.... Never will I visit nor will I refer this hotel to anyone.... Worst experience when I have my new born with me...

That was fantastic service from the team... Rooms are hygienic well maintained... Had a wonderful stay
