Residency Lodge

They are running business unethically. We had booked 2 2bhk rooms and due to some circumstances we used only one 2bhk room and we have informed the same to the team in K K residency. While checking out they have threatened us to pay the rest of the payment and showing unethically behaviour with us. Literally all they wanted is money. They are not service oriented and money minded. Any business is based on the profit but KK Residency caretaker is showing greediness

Stayed with my family here for 2 days. Overall i would rate this place a complete value for money. Excellent clean rooms and toilet, good service, courteous staff. Definitely a place worth to stay.....

best place to stay in coorg with family or couples or etc with is worth the value of money..||with good service from the staff.. rooms are spacious and claen and well ,mainted with 24 hours hot water service...
