Charging an extra amount than the booking amount... Rude behaviour, worst experience Money minded people, just want money in every step.

Bad experience Non ac rooms at high cost of 2000, poor facility fan isn't working

Orchid Inn is a beautiful place for relaxation and spending good time along with mother nature. Property is located centrally in Virajpet ; a small town in Coorg. Our stay in this location was a memorable one. The guest rooms have been very clean and neat with all the facilities for the families to stay. The location of guest rooms provides excellent view of the nature's beauty, best for people who love to read in tranquillity or listen to soft music. ||A visit at least once to this place is worth the experience of life time. My heartfelt thanks to Mr Mridhul and his staff in taking care of the customer needs.

The best comforting place, reall one word to tell is wow...Service provided is awesome. I just liked the view the ambience everything just made me relax so well. This is going to be added in May fav spot.

There are only 2 AC rooms which we occupied and they were very very well maintained. The sheets were laid neatly and the bathrooms are tidy. Overall comfortable stay here. Nandini and Ravi did a good job to make our stay here worthwhile

Very nice hotel. Stay was good. Located in center of city. Comfortable rooms. Excellent hospitality. Staff was very humble and helpful. Only drawback is it is 30km far from Madikeri.

Very clean and safe hotel at the centre of the city. ||||The rooms and bath was very clean and tidy. Sheets, bed, were clean. Few things like toothpaste and tissues are not kept by default like in other places, so better to pack them along.||||The reception staff is very helpful and friendly. ||||The hotel is at the city centre, near to bus stand and other places. ||||There is a cafe and a grocery shop in the same building, which is very convenient to the hotel guests.|| ||There is no parking space exclusive to the hotel and you need to park car on road in front of hotel. On arriving I could not get any parking space but after late evening, I was able to get a spot right in front of hotel.||||||Overall good family hotel and has my recommendation.
