KK GROUP OF RESIDENCY

We had Good time staying in KK group of Residency. Spacious clean rooms, pleasant atmosphere above all nice trip planning given by manager Sagajith. Good service on time. Friendly manager. My daughter loved the swing in balcony. On the whole it was a memorable experience.

Our stay here was really good. It's located in a beautiful spot surrounded by a lotta plants. The hotel staff is really welcoming and friendly. They helped us with booking car and jeep for sightseeing as well which would have been a task for us. Would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit.

I had stayed for two days and it was an awesome experience.I just wanted to spend two days where I can work also.I felt this is the best place if you want to do office work as well as if you want to have peaceful days.It is very close to the town and everything is accessible.All the staffs are very supportive and helpful. Room is very clean and hygiene. I highly recommend this to those who wish to stay near to the town and enjoy the beauty of Coorg. Thanks to Sagajith and all other staffs who made my stay more beautiful and peaceful..

The Rooms perfect, Good Service. Reasonable rates. Rooms & Bathrooms are very clean and neat. Very kind behavior from the Management & Room Service. We loved very much. Thank you. Keep it up!

Entire trip spoiler. Can't explain how bad the stay was. 1. Basic amenities not provided. 2. No proper mugs in washroom,water heater not working properly. 3. No TV - when asked they said it's not connected can't be done. 4. Campfire - Hotel incharge mentioned it's available while booking and once reached they just said it's cancelled from today. We cannot have a campfire. 5. Check in - Incharge asked us to wait for 3hrs for check in. But Luckily we reached the place late. 6. Wifi is also not working. 7. Food there is pathetic. 8. There is only one room boy for the whole property. Highly recommended to look for other places to stay. 1st time to Coorg was a very bad experience.

we had a one day stay and had a great experience good staff fulfilling all our needs on time. Great atmosphere during evening, Nice ambience to spend with your family also with affordable price and good package.

Care and good service... From this property, all places distance within 30-40 KM only (iruppu falls, nagarhole national parks, nisargathama, dubare elephant camp...) They provide good food arrangement. We enjoyed the trip and also enjoyed in the Property

Peaceful place, Spacious rooms with all amenities! Great balconies with seating arrangements to sit and enjoy! Complete silence with no disturbance of any sort! Overall great experience!
