Amazing property with beautiful rooms. Room service is also amazing with very good staff who help around. Food what we ordered was good but the buffet was not great and even the staff at the restaurant were slow. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and has a very good kids play area and swimming pool that everyone can enjoy! Love the location and the scenic beauty that you get to wake up to! Overall an amazing experience. Wish they could do better with the food mainly the buffet experience. The menu is highly repetitive if you opt for two days. But the chef special dishes stood out though it's one dish per day.

The location of this place is great. Nice greenery around and an enjoyable weather. Pros: * Clean rooms * Excellent facilities * Good adventure activities, specifically outdoor which had wall climbing and rope activities. Due to travelling with an infant, we couldn't find time to do this activity. It definitely looked cool and worth trying. Note that charges are different for members, member guests and non members. * Fun activities each day like dance workshop, housie night, DJ night etc * Indoor activities included a nice space for kids with trampoline, slides and more * Swimming pool Cons: * Video games here are chargeable. The person at the video games stall did give us a few more free coins which seemed like a nice gesture * Food - The 3 meal all inclusive package is around 2k+18% taxes for members which we found to be on the pricier side. The food is not extremely great for the price. Pretty much standard buffet menu that you would find at any other resort. Overall it was a good holiday experience as the staff are pretty courteous and they help make your stay quite pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Virajpet! The property itself beautiful, offering a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were excellent, from the pool, spa etc, there was plenty to enjoy for everyone. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the service we received was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Although it did feel like the property was a bit understaffed at times, it was a fantastic experience overall and we would love to visit again!

1st time we have returned in ~6 years. Unfortunately this resort has degraded. Food quality was poor, rooms were dated and beat up. Windows would not close correctly allowing bugs to enter the room. The playground was in poor condition. The pool needs to be cleaned properly, wait time for any kind of food service other than buffet was extremely long. There were tarps on several buildings that appeared to need repair. Having said that the two WORST things about this hotel was...|1. The road to resort - it needs to be repaired. It is so rough and bump, several deep potholes, very uncomfortable for older travelers.|2. Coffee bar - it is set in lobby for convenience however, there is never anyone there. When you ask the front desk someone comes over but it takes 20 minutes for anything because the coffee bar person has to run downstairs to the restaurant for everything.||To management, please invest in this hotel to bring it back to a healthy state

One of the finest resort ....club Mahindra never disappoints ...serene and calm huge property... rooms were well maintained...staff are very cooperative..liked the scenic views all around. It just engages both children and elders with different activities but most of them are chargeable which I felt more rest all are good. We as family enjoyed a lot looking forward to visit again

Our coffee plantation walk was a truly memorable experience, thanks largely to our guide, Madan. From the beginning, he greeted us with warmth and genuine enthusiasm. His deep knowledge of the plantation and passion for nature made the entire walk informative and engaging.||Madan patiently walked us through the entire coffee-growing process--from planting the seeds to harvesting and drying the beans. He explained each step in a way that was easy to understand, even for those of us who were new to the subject. What really stood out was how interactive he made the experience. He encouraged us to touch the plants, observe different species, and even taste coffee beans at various stages.||Beyond just coffee, Madan shared insights into the local flora, fauna, and sustainable farming practices. His storytelling added a personal touch, as he spoke about the history of the land and the people who work there. He answered all our questions with patience and humor, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.||It's rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about their work. Madan turned a simple plantation walk into a rich learning experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area--you'll leave with new knowledge and lasting memories.

It was a superb one hour experience due to the sheer goodness and sincerity of our naturalist guide Madan.... it was very pleasant and memorable even if not extremely spectacular. In the wilderness, Madan made us so much the wiser and knowledgeable about coffee plantation, harvesting and a host of other nature related and local area aspects. Very nice!!!
