Ayara Coorg Resort & Spa

Our stay at Ayara Coorg was amazing! The place is neat, tidy, and absolutely beautiful. The staff is good and helpful, with an easy check-in and check-out process thanks to the two sweet girls at reception. They were very accommodating with additional requests and went above and beyond to help me plan a birthday surprise. The sunrise viewpoint and overall views from the resort are stunning.

The manager at the hotel did not have basic ethics to talk with customer. When we asked the staff to change the room because the room that have allocated to us is not clean enough to stay. But when we asked them to change the room and provide some better room he asked us to pay more money and when we deny to pay he call the local police and at the time check out he ordered his security to closed the gate so that we can't go outside.

I usually don't write reviews, but my experience at this resort was so bad that I had to share it. First of all, the management is terrible. The general manager has no clue how to run a hotel or interact with guests. If you have any issue, don't expect it to be resolved--he either won't listen or will talk rudely. Another shocking thing was how they treat drivers. My driver told me that for breakfast, they gave him pongal made from leftover rice from the previous night. And guess what? He saw monkeys and stray dogs eating from the same food area! That's just unacceptable. The place also feels unsafe--no proper security, no CCTV cameras. If you're planning to stay here, I'd seriously recommend looking elsewhere.

We had a great experience at the resort. Wonderful hospitality and prompt service. Special mention to Mr. Mari. Food was very delicious and tasty. Worth the money. Excellent location on hill top. Peaceful stay

We had a good stay. View from the room was beautiful, just the way we wanted. They served tasty food. Overall the hospitality was good. It was really pleasant.

I should really appreciate my husband for choosing the best place for stay!!! The place was sooo pleasant and calm, the plants,the trees and neatness is too good. Now coming to the staff, their service is very good and they provided everything to the room and the receptionist Neha made all the arrangements perfectly. So happy and proud for choosing Ayaara coorg for our honeymoon stay

The Place is so so Beautiful, the facility is made with so much love for nature, everything is so good, the service the hospitality of Receptionist to Waiters, Room service persons, It was a great great stay. 10/10 would recommend Ayara Coorg

Located in the hills with a good view. Maintained well. Service is little slow as they do not have many staffs. Food is good with very limited menu. Prawns 65 was good. No alcohol available. Only aerated drinks. Parking available. Good place to have food with friends and family
