The delux rooms are very very spacious. Staff is helpful and courteous. Specially the watchman who wiped clean the windshield when we mentioned we are on a road trip. definitely recommend.

I reside in a spacious and hygienic suite room. The bathroom is particularly impressive, offering exceptional amenities. The room's amenities exceed its cost, making it a worthwhile investment. One more thing do not give permission to the driver to enter in the hotel floor, he come by 8:00 clock and knock my door without any reason.

I am happy that I have stayed in this Hotel for two days.Rooms are well maintained.Staff are very polite and attentive to your needs. The restaurant Shubha shree serves very good north and south food with many more dishes.Food is tasty and service is good.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Starting from the check in process, they allowed me to check in early which was superb and very rare. Also, the security guard person was quite friendly and helped me in parking the car properly. There was a minor issue with the cooling of the AC in the room which was quickly fixed by one of the person working in the hotel with a smile on his face. I had a bad experience with hotel watchman/parking assistant as they forced me to take car cleaning service and charged 500. Car isn't cleaned properly and when questioned about it he started argument in local language. When escalated to reception associates no action wasn't taken. If you plan to stay here be careful with staff as they dnt seem to be loyal and provide poor hospitality experience. There is only one towel in the room and I had to make repeated requests to provide one more, they didn't provide unless I was ferice about no response. No tissues , no handwash , no toiletries, no fridge. Only pros I observed were the room was clean and spacious. I was passing by this town and had to stay here for a night. Non locals be careful with staff here.

Staying at the hotel since two days. Great location on the station road with the distance from railway station being 1.5 kms. The hotel is compact with good rooms. It has an attached resturant serving good South Indian food. Chats are available in the evening. All areas are easily accessible with the Golgumbaz very close by. However, cleanliness is not upto the mark. Surroundings are kept dirty. In our room the bedsheets were torn and were replaced only when we pointed it out. Only one towel was given and again upon request another one was provided. These things have to be taken care. However, the hotel obliged us with early morning checkin

Disappointing Experience - Poor Customer Service I stayed at this hotel recently, and while the property itself was decent, my experience was completely ruined by one of the staff members. They clearly lack basic customer service skills and have no idea how to speak to guests. I felt disrespected and unwelcome throughout my stay. Instead of addressing my concerns politely, they were rude, dismissive, and argumentative. Hospitality is all about making guests feel valued, but this individual's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I spoke to the owner of the hotel and even he was justifying his staffs behaviour. I won't be staying here again, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until they train their staff on how to interact courteously with customers.
