Absolutely Incredible Stay - 10/10!||From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing view. The bed was super comfy, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of.||||The amenities were top-notch - from the delicious breakfast buffet that had so many options, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect too - close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing.||||Truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Comfortable , neat and clean rooms, strategically located place and enough parking space. Service is not better and receptionist demanded 40 rs for two dental kit as we are total 4 Pax and paid for that too.They provided only 2 Dental kit. If the Management take care the service part the hotel would be one among the best at Vijayapura.

I recently stayed at Unnati Stay Inn and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. Great Value: At approximately 3,500 per night through MMT, it offers excellent value for money. Convenient Parking: The basement parking is spacious and well-organized, ensuring hassle-free parking for guests. Friendly Staff: The staff were courteous, attentive, and always eager to assist. Clean Facilities: The washrooms were spotless, and the provision of fresh bath towels was a nice touch. Areas for Improvement: No On-Site Restaurant: While the absence of an in-house restaurant might be inconvenient for some, it's well-compensated by an efficient room service. The service is quick, and food arrives in minutes. However, note that the menu is strictly vegetarian. Overall, Unnati Stay Inn is a great choice for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Vijayapura. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for value-packed accommodation!

Very Nice stay, Room's are cleaning good Service Room's Amenities Tata Copper water Bottle Electric kettle dairy Creamer tea bags are so good. happy with staying in Unnati.

One of best neat n clean Lodge in Vijayapur best Service, carry managers, main thing for family one of the best motel in By pass or yard area. No alchol no ciggerates.. Strict for family its one of the best.

one of the best stay under budget at very convenient location we stayed here for 2 days,room and bathroom was clean..staff was kind and helpful.. room is as similar as shown in the uploaded photos.
