The Grand Hotel

Don't even think to stay here! It's a pathetic Hotel.. No manager is there in the hotel... Untrained young boys are there in hotel, who don't even know to talk in proper manners... Continuously 2 days, I asked for tea... And even after two hours, no one given the same... I asked for water... No one came ... I asked for Owners number... They denied to give... Water is not coming in toilet... It's better to stay in Guest house... Because this is not a hotel...

Fraud hotel. After confirming a booking, they don't honour it. I entered the lobby at 7 AM to check-in into a pre booked room and the receptionist doesn't show up. He attends my phone only once to rudely say there are no rooms and hangs up. Pathetic customer service.

It was a nice place Food was expensive but food was good Both non veg and veg is available Bar is also a there There r many rooms in side the hotel Must visit ones This was my opinion If u have any dought let me know

Had pathetic experience......I Stayed here as Wedding hall is very near to this hotel....Rooms are very small....When I enter the room it was complete mess, it took half an hour to get it cleaned.....In the bathroom flush wasn't working.....Room service boy was deeply involved in mobile... bathroom was okay kind....

Absolute cheaters run this place. They don't honour bookings. Had to stand in the road because of these frauds. The receptionist doesn't even show up his face. Very poor service.

Not so good rooms. No hotel inside need to go outside each time if you need any thing. Also rooms are at high rate. Not recommended

It's a fairly good lodge. Rooms are adequately sized, small toilets. Towels weren't provided.
