OYO 30651 Hotel Meridian

Very poor hotel to stay in, there is a bar besides this and their customers dump all of the bottles in duct area of the hotel which smells in the corridor. Half the things were not working in the room including gyser. Sheets having foul smell, we thought that we were lucky not to get any infection after staying here. One good thing which is there is that it is in front of Gol Gumbaz. Price was economical, I paid 2200 for 1 room which accomodated 5 people.

This place is not good for having food all tables and all sofas are full of cockroaches, place looks clean from outside untill you choose the table all cockroaches will be waiting for you on the table and on the menu card as well. Additionally they dont turn on a/c it is only on hoarding.

Food was not et all good. Haven't stayed here but ate in the restaurant. Except tandoori roti nothing was good. Mix veg curry had no taste and biryani was a mixture of some vegetables n rice. I don't recognise the place for food

Hmmm...there seemed to be a boycott of OYO bookings, I was booked in another hotel through OYO app, but was denied a checking so as an alternate the OYO helpdesk booked me at this hotel,,,the Meridian opp to the epic Golgumbaz, but to my utter shock was denied a booking here too,,,so I booked the hotel a single occupancy at the rack rate of the hotel which was expeny as against the booking in OYO App. Coming to the hotel, uncourteous staff, un professional and smelly rooms is a gist of this hotel....not a great option to stay...

Owner of hotel Mr.Praveen and his staff are totally disgusting, after taking confirmation from owner booked double bed from OYO, now I came to hotel and Mr.Praveen is being rude and telling cant give room due to his personal issues with OYO. Being in customer business, owner and staff are not treating well. We(with family), made to wait till 1 hour without proper response and later given accommodation, with condition. Oyo customer care is also not responding properly, called several times spoke with 2 guys(Mr. Shivam & Mr. Manish) one is manager(as he said) and made to wait for 1 hour for giving confirmation and not got revert call from customer care person, when called third time told to wait. OYO is one really big scam maker i guess. OYO should revert back with my money paid for booking and apology. I will personally write a mail to Mr. Bijay Gupta(AGM of OYO), stating the same, will check what will be the response from him.

Fraud and cheat. I have booked this hotel through Agoda but when i go to spot receptionist denied to provide me the room saying that Agoda has to pay them 1 Lac. Finally I had no choice other than booking offline by paying more price. Either this Hotel or Agoda is cheating customers by this cheap tricks. Avoid booking this hotel in any circumstances. This is my worst experience and never book this hotel again.

Be aware while booking this hotel! I booked this hotel via oyorooms site and also confirmed my booking by calling customer care. Cust. care once again confirmed my booking and gave me contact number of owner. Owner picked the call and dropped off without saying anything. When I reached hotel, receptionist denied to provide rooms because of low rates charged by oyo rooms without consent of hotel. (Or some earlier bill payment pending from oyo to hotel) When I contacted customer care, after repeating same story to 3 agents ,not a single agent could provide me alternate hotel in same area and finally I had to cancel my oyo booking. I had no option other than booking offline with extra charges.(it was night and I was with family) Oyo and hotel owners should resolve their money issues internally without troubling customers and if not oyo should not display such hotels on their site. It was cheap trick by hotels to get online booking and denying same at last minute so that customer do not have any option other than booking hotel offline with extra cost.

Worst Hotel worst services don't book any room here. sooo poor an bad service they provide. if they provide free room also don't go there...
