Hotel Madhuvan International

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The hotel's amenities and service were good. The kids absolutely loved the play area, which was a highlight of our stay. The food in the restaurant was delicious, although the service could have been a bit faster. However, I did encounter some issues with the WiFi connection on the second floor, which didn't quite meet my expectations. Despite these minor issues, I'd be happy to give 4 stars. With a bit of improvement in these areas, I'd definitely consider giving 5 stars in the future.

Really good experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Vijayapura. Amazing food. Was really delicious. Prices are also very reasonable. Morning breakfast was also really yummy. Very worth the price. The hotel in itself had a very beautiful and pleasant atmosphere. Staff were also very helpful.

Today, six of us went to Hotel Madhuvan International to have ice cream. We ordered six vanilla ice creams, but the moment they were served, we noticed a bad smell and strange taste -- it clearly seemed expired or spoiled. We immediately informed the hotel staff, but instead of taking our concern seriously, they started arguing with us. I even asked them to taste the ice cream themselves, but they refused and continued to argue. We did not eat the ice cream -- we only tasted it and then left it all on the table. The experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. A place like this should maintain better food quality and customer service. I hope the management looks into this seriously.

I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Madhuvan, Bijapur. I called to check room rates and was told 2,500, but when I mentioned it showed 1,300 online, the receptionist asked me to book online. Later, online booking showed no availability, so I went directly to the hotel. They showed me rooms but again quoted 2,500. When I pointed out the 1,300 rate was for 24 hours as per the listing, the staff falsely claimed it was for 12 hours. Just minutes after showing me the rooms, they suddenly said no rooms were available when I cross-questioned them about the online rates. The unprofessional behavior, including a staff member laughing at the situation, made it clear something was off.

We are regular visitors and enjoy to our fullest satisfaction. Keep it up. Service is exceptionally good. Try to put antiscid tiles in bathroom. Good day. P H Desai

Extremely happy to be a visitor to this wonderful hotel. The owner and the staff are very good. Hospitality is really great. We are lucky to get this wonderful lodge for our stay in vijaypur. Food is tasty and hygiene is well maintained. Price also very reasonable.

Very good experience, good and clean rooms, food is good. Polite and good staff. One suggestion - should keep dental kits in the bathroom

The rooms are spacious. Its just at the walking distance from Golgumbaj. Food is also good. Well maintained garden and has swings,cross wheels and slides for children. Good ambience. Also proper parking area with paid car washing services available.The checkout time after 24 hours.The staff persons are polite.Nice place to visit again.
