Not so good not so bad, why because the service was so horrible things are performed by the hotel

No idea why this hotel is underrated. I stayed here for a night as I came for a marriage near by. Food is awsome and rooms are pretty ok for the budget. Food was the only point I was excited. The taste is too good both veg and non veg. If u r staying and want to have drinks and food this is one of the best hotel I suggest. U will not regret and find this comment was true.

The staff are arrogant, rooms are nice though. Foods price is average but the drinks are expensive and you won't get ice. Most of the items from the menu you won't get. If order anything they ll delay and if you need anything extra, they will tell you "NO" on your face. They say he can't go down again and again. If u need anything order all at once and go to restaurant and eat there. Room service is pathetic. Three stars are only for the room is clean and spacious.

First of all it does not look like a 2 Star Hotel! More then the actual people the ground staff cares about you and advises the plan of the day if you are interested in listening. The rooms allotted to my family was 3 AC rooms and it was a disaster. The AC was dripping and the cooling was taking good amount of hours so no use of it, they changed the room after complaining but took a lot of time to change it. At first they say room is available but later when we need it its somehow not allocated to different people within minutes. At night the AC made scary noises which of course troubles your sleep. The lift is almost gone (specially the buttons) be careful if you love your life then use stairs. Please I suggest go to Hotel Heritage International which is next to it or Hotel Madhuvan but please do not use this. If so much insisting then prefer Super Deluxe Room but take at your own risk.

The hotel only has good name, with basic to poor room, though very spacious. It doesn't have good and clean bathroom. Sofa's tapestry was torned and was dirty as well. Towels stinked . No hot running water after morning 10 AM.| No room service after many calls. Don't have more words.

Though the place is Good, their services are too bad, like quality of food too bad, no one to answer you for at least half an hour, though all the tables are empty, waiter do not know what you are asking for in Hindi or English except in local language kannada. Special note: they are least bothered about the customer and they badly need a supervisor out there to maintain things in a smooth way.

Compared to other Hotels at Bijapur, this is Good. Very Near to Gol Gumbaz and Other Points of interest. Rooms are spacious and Good, especially rooms facing the road. Maintenance of the premises is Ok. Road facing rooms has big Glass facade. It is pleasant to sit there and watch the surroundings and the Road below from the height. But in Summer, the Glass may get heated and take much time to cool affecting the effectiveness of AC. Attached Restaurent is also good though Costly. I used to take food from other Restaurents in the Area.
