Hotel Ashoka Residency

Dear sir, Yesterday Night My purse missed in the garden area, Plz once check with your team and help me.. having al original documents and Rs 2000 amount.

Prices are too high as compared to rooms and cleanliness. Each room was worth for price of rs 1000 to 1500. But they are costing 2500-3000 for non AC and AC rooms. Thanks to Google map We could find better alternative of this hotel which was like a five star hotel worth rs 2500. Why will we waste our money in dirty rooms as we are getting best rooms in that price.

Absolute Disgusting Hotel. Not suitable for Family. Poor Hospitality and not helpful. Stinking and Dirty Toilet. Water flush and pressure very low. Blankets were not clean. Poor lighting in the room. No Gyser in the room. Ridiculous staff switched off the Room power supply the whole night untill we realized in the morning at 5am. Night Reception Guy came and switched on the individual power Button right in my presence. I had to go to another room's Toilet to get hot water for my Family. We didnt get the room what we booked online. They got confused for some other Offline customers and gave a pathetic room to us. Later in the night I shared Booking confirmation for their reference as a proof of Booking. We feel being cheated by the Hotel for the price we paid. NEVER go to this Hotel or Lodge.

Actually we booked AC room wth proper facility and all But we didn't get room there which wr were looking for... There is no proper room locks, AC was not working, windows were damaged ones, hot water was not coming for two days, they gave 2 bucket of only warm water. Hygiene point of view 2*... We are not satisfied with lodge facility. Food also not there

Terribly maintained place. Bathroom was disgusting. Leaking pipes ,wash basin, cigarette butts all over.

The experience was very bad We checked out from there within 5 minutes of our check in. It's showing 3 * stars in the rating but it's a very bad experience I NVR had

The owner and his son both took very good care of us. Constantly checking on food requirements. Delicious food, generous helping. We were automatically upgraded to better rooms since they were available! Even the staff are super friendly. One of them refused a small tip on the second day since we had already tipped him earlier!

I visited this hotel for a 1 day stay, i was attending a wedding in a nearby place, my friend suggested this hotel to me, The price is a little high, but no safety is given to your personal belongings. Good service and all types of food recipes are available, but need to order in advance.
