Hotel Shashinag Residency, Bijapur

This has been one of our favourite hotels to stay at during our visits to Bijapur over the past 15 years. However, we had been avoiding it recently due to past management issues and unfavorable reviews. After speaking with the current manager and learning about the change in management, we decided to give it another try and stayed for two nights. I must say, the new management is doing an excellent job. The hotel rooms are as clean and well-maintained as it used to be, and the manager personally ensured that the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and cordial, and the service was prompt, which added to the positive experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the personal attention given. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!

One of the worst hotel in bejapur bad room services as well as bad good quality also please make sure to ask for updated menu otherwise they will ask you to pay double of what you have orderd. We ordered 4 lassi of 50 rupees as mentioned in the menu but at the counter they charged us 100 rupees for each lassi same with panner banjara tikka it was written 160 but they charged 260

Worst hotel experience ever. Hotel rooms are spacious but not clean. Lot of dust every corner of the room. Washrooms are dirty. Looks like they don't clean. Food is extremely bad. We went in group and most of them had stomach upset.

The only thing good about the hotel is that it is next to the National HW 52. I had booked a Deluxe AC room for one night. The bathrooms are dirty, holders are without bulbs, flush leaks, dirty linen, one towel was given that had turned brown by usage. Those who still want to come her bring your own towels. Rather there was nothing right with the hotel except the outside ambience and adequate parking. I basically came here to spend a night as I had driven my car from Pune and was moving out early again to my destination. The Receptionist Mr Manoj was very positive but due to limited resources and dismal maintenance of rooms there was a little that he could do about it.

Pathetic. Roomwas not clean. Bathroom was in bad condition.. no proper service.. staff was quite rude.. very bad experience staying there... not recommended.

Service was terrible. I ordered for some food. The staff comes to the room after half hour and informs me that it is not available. There is no tea coffee in the restaurant. Neither breakfast. There was no running hot water in the evening. Please improve

I was staying from last 3 years monthly once, it was good , due to change in management hotel room bath room maintance is very poor, bath room flush not proper, response is not satisfactory, even reception person irresponsive

They asked us to pay double the amount which was written on the menu stating menu is old, btw menu was already in the room. Scam people
